Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Ibiza! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the reception, who was exceptionally kind, calm, and welcoming. She made check-in easy and was always happy to answer our questions with a smile.
The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island.
The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the beach, the bus stop, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. It was very convenient to get around Ibiza without needing a car.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza. We will definitely come back on our next trip!

J'ai aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel,la piscine et la nourriture était bonne.
Le personnel et accueillant et à l'écoute surtout monsieur Gabriel il était notre ange gardien.

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas au goût du jour,et la literie pas très confortable,pas très propre et la chambre était éloigné et en voyez même pas la piscine comme c'était indiqué dans la description,en plus de tout ça le bruit infernal toute la nuit jusqu'au matin le claquement des portes de voisins on a très mal dormi.
Il n'avait pas de frigo dans la chambre alors qu'il faisait hyper chaud
J'ai demandé à l'accueil et monsieur Gabriel nous a fourni un nôtre 2ème jour.

Está bien, pero hay que entender de qué zona se trata
Pros:

El personal es increíble, tanto Susana y su equipo del restaurante como todas las personas que trabajan en recepción. Te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Se puede aparcar fácilmente porque hay dos aparcamientos disuasorios muy próximos (uno en la misma calle). Está muy bien ubicado, aunque hay que entender de qué zona se trata y en verano manda el ambiente nocturno.

Cons:

Es un hotel con mucho jaleo, voces, música de los huéspedes, personas fumando en las habitaciones... Mucho turista maleducado. También hay bastante ruido en la calle por la ubicación. La comida del buffet de la cena no está mal, pero está helada.

Velice můžu doporučit i pro lidi, co nepřijeli jen na párty. Mezi večeří a půlnocí sice z hodně pokojů zní tuc tuc, ale
Pros:

Super příjemný personál. Moc jsme byli spokojení s polopenzí, a to celý týden. Parkování dostupné z druhé strany hotelu (nevím, jak je to ale přes střed léta, když je ještě víc lidí). Hned kousek je Lidl a Mercadona. Kousek na promenádu a do středu města.

Dirty water in bath on arrival, mould everywhere especially in bathroom. Floor was discusting and dirty. No fridge not e

The location is good however the hotel is not. There isn’t really anything to like about this hotel.

Cons:

Dirty, messy, tiny spaces. Not even a fridge in the room to keep your water cold. We had a leaking toilet, someone from reception kept saying they would get it fixed. We would come back and water would be cleared for 30 minutes then leaks again. Because of this and I expected it had been fixed I slipped over and really badly hurt myself. I was bleeding and have bruises everywhere with a really swollen knee. I went to tell them and was more polite than I should have as they didn’t even apologise or say sorry. They just said someone will look again and the never did. This is a massive safety hazard. They did not take it seriously enough which resulted in me being really hurt. Wardrobe looks like something had been chewing away at it or it’s rotting.
