楽しい旅行！！
Pros:

遅くまで荷物を預かって下さり、助かりました。

Cons:

大浴場がずっと混雑で２時間待ちましたが、結局お部屋のお風呂に入り、残念でした。ＧＷ期間中だったので、混雑していたのは仕方ないと思っています。

ウエルカムドリンク有り
大浴場が当日は勿論のこと、朝も入れる。更にアイスクリームも常にあって嬉しい。
GW満室の状況でした。
常に大浴場は満員、しびれをきらして大浴場に行くと、満室で入れず。
大浴場はコンシェルジュがいるので、予約できます。空いたらお部屋に連絡しますと言われ、待つこと約30分位。
鍵を受け取り、入浴。とてもゆったり入浴できました。

二度目はないかな
Pros:

駅近で設備も整っていて、お手頃感があります。

Cons:

朝食の品数がかなり少なく寂しい。
朝食に髪の毛が入っていたが、特にこれといった対応がなかった。この一点で最悪の気分になった。

Pros:

駅に近く、立地が良かった。特に2Fフロント階から歩道橋を通って駅に行けたのが、とても便利だと思った。
また、ウェルカムドリンクや温泉があったのも良かった。
温泉のスタッフさんが、とても親切だった。

大変満足です。
Pros:

立地が良いです。
部屋が清潔で、ウェルカムドリンクも嬉しかったです。

Cons:

朝の10時くらいには、隣の清掃の音が聞こえました。チェックイン、チェックアウトのスケジュール上、致し方ないのは承知しておりますが、音が聞こえず、非日常をもう少し味わえると尚良かったと感じました。
良くない点というほどでは、全くないです。

他にもホテル空いてるなら、進んで泊まろうとは思わない。
Pros:

シングルの部屋の広さ、導線がしっかりあって良かった。お風呂とトイレもオシャレだった。浴場があるのも良かった。

Cons:

アメニティに化粧水・乳液などが無かったのは残念だった。混雑緩和のためにセルフレジのようにモニターに入力してチェックインやチェックアウトを済ませられるといいなと思った。浴場の湯船がぬるいとこしかなくて、熱いお湯に浸かって疲れを癒したかったのに不完全燃焼だった。

ทำเลดีมาก สามารถเดินจาก Sendai Station West Exit 2nd Floor ผ่านห้าง Parco and AER ตรงเข้า Lobby ได้เลย ทางที่ผ่าน มี Super Market ร้านอาหาร ร้านขนมอร่อยมากมาย
ห้องไม่แคบ aminity คุณภาพดี เข้า zone ห้องพัก ต้องใช้ key card ปลอดภัย
อาหารเช้าดี Salad Bar ดี มีข้าวกล้อง อร่อยมาก มีน้ำถั่วแระปั่นอร่อย เบเกอรี่อร่อย ฤดูนี้ มี Strawberry สดเกือบทุกวัน
มีเครื่องดื่มฟรีที่ Lobby มีห้องอาบน้ำรวม พร้อมบ่อน้ำร้อนและไอศกรีมฟรี ทุกระบบใช้ key card ทั้งการเข้าห้องอาหารเช้า เข้าห้องอาบน้ำรวม สะดวก ชอบมาก

ปลาทูน่าและแซลม่อนในอาหารเช้าแห้งและเค็มเกิน น่าจะมีไข่ออนเซ็น อาหารเช้าซ้ำกันเกือบทุกอย่างทุกวัน แต่ก็โอเค

ホテルの場所も駅から近くて、夜食事に行くにも便利でした。
朝食のバイキングも良かったです。
部屋の設備についても問題はありません。

Cons:

浴室に前のお客のものと思われる髪の毛があったので、そこが少し気になりました。
フロントで少し声が小さい方がいて聞き取り難かったです。
