Menurut saya kebersihan kamar masih perlu ditingkatkan karena saya menemukan cukup banyak debu. Sebagai penderita alergi debu, hal ini cukup memengaruhi kenyamanan saya. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa noda di kamar mandi dan aliran air shower relatif kecil. Meskipun demikian, staf housekeeping dan pihak hotel tetap ramah serta berusaha membantu selama saya menginap

Nice location and friendly staff

Cons:

The noise, rooms are not sound proof can here tour groups outside at 5am for over a hour very loud, kids running about banging on floor above early hours in the morning, rooms very dated tv and aircon very poor.
Also got bitten all through the night from bed bugs

I went up to lovina for the dolphin tour and I was a quick drive to the meetup spot for it which was nice. The hotel its

Right on the water, quiet, good food selection for meals and room service, alright breakfast buffet, the view in my room

Cons:

The shower was broken but I called reception and they sent someone up very fast to fix it, the bed was very hard and not comfortable, no refrigerated markets nearby

Restaurant service specialist I paying my breakfast $ 12 dollars food not nice,I am line up first they not serve me first and I have to wait and wait and my egg not even turn up
By role if someone line up first i believe they get served first not because they have money or not because end the day if we don’t have money we not staying in the hotel as a staff hotel they should fair to serve the customer
