Pros:

Everything was great, close to the beach, and clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. The nicest workers, I can't please them enough. If you have the chance I highly recommend the bike rental. Nice pool. Overall great place

Todo muy bien a excepcion de la mujer de la cena

La cama era enorme, como una super king

Cons:

Hubo una mujer que formaba parte del personal que atendia las mesas en la comida de la tarde (cena) que era muy despectiva y nos hizo sentir discriminados al dudar fuertemente que nosotros fueramos a comer y luego a tomar desayuno a la mañana del dia siguiente. Fue muy desagradable; era una mujer alta, morena y española.
Ademas, el colchon de la habitacion era muy blando y estaba hundido en la mitad.

Superb hotel in a great location for a very good price
Pros:

This place was fantastic. The location is great - a very short walk to the beach, the town centre and everything you need. The apartment has everything you need and is a good size. The staff are lovely and friendly and wished me a happy birthday and provided prosecco when we booked the private sauna which was a highlight. The amenities are great (we had a massage, private sauna, ate at the buffet, ate at the onsite pizza restaurant and also got our laundry done - all of which were fabulous). All for a very reasonable price.

Cons:

There isn’t much we didn’t like! On arrival, the floor in our apartment was dirty and dusty which got progressively worse as our stay went on. The pool also is only open 10am-6pm which isn’t ideal given the lifestyle is that everyone is out and about late in the evening and it is still light until after 9pm

Hôtel et personnel agréable, bon emplacement
Pros:

vue piscine mais au calme (mai). La chambre était rangée le lit fait et les serviettes changées tous les jours. Bon emplacement en plein centre de la station balnéaire. Difficile à trouver avec Waze car il nous orientait vers un sens interdit. Avec google maps ok. Le personnel est très aimable, souriant toujours prêt à vous rendre service. Les repas sont ok. Les diners sont plus ou moins bon selon le chef présent, mais dans l'ensemble rien à redire. Plage littéralement au pied de l'hôtel (par l'arrière). D'autres plages très proches également, 5, 6 mn à pieds

Cons:

Fin du diner à 21h c'est trop tôt. Le 1er soir nous sommes arrivés à 21h15, restaurant fermé. Ils ont ouvert pour nous mais il n'y avait qu'un peu de salade et de fromage à manger avec du pain.. Ne pas oublier en 1/2 pension que les boissons sont payantes le soir, même l'eau.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé. Personnel très agréable. Buffet petit déjeuner parfait. Et les chambres sont propres.

Cons:

La ville est très très touristiques et il est difficile d'y trouver un restaurant typique.

EXCELLENT WEEK-END DANS UN TRÈS BEAU COMPLEXE AVEC PERSONNEL CHARMANT !
Pros:

TOUT ! L'appartement était très spacieux, le lit incroyablement grand et confortable, la mini kitchenette pour se préparer un café et rafraichir nos boissons (micro-onde pr ceux qui manger en chambre), la douche à l'italienne, le grand balcon avec vu sur les autres bâtiments de l'hôtel mais avec palmiers et végétation luxuriante (comme un petit village), la tranquillité était vraiment au rendez-vous, quasi pas un bruit ! Côté piscine, idem ! Très propre, des serviettes à disposition, un bar de l'après-midi et un autre du soir, le petit-déjeuner en buffet incroyablement garni (idem pour le repas du soir), un snack-bar le midi. Le personnel est charmant et très avenant. Les massages étaient top avec accès au spa et petite piscine intérieure avec en plus une jolie surprise (je ne vous dis rien, ce ne serait plus une surprise :-)). Le centre ville est à 3 minutes à pied avec beaucoup de commerces et beaucoup de restaurants en tout genre et à tout prix. La petite crique (Cala Gran) est juste à côté pour se baigner dans la mer et d'autres sont à proximité direct. Bref ! Un week-end de 4 jours avec tout à disposition !

Cons:

Rien d'imputable au Prinsotel Alba & Spa mais nous avons eu 2 JOURS SANS SOLEIL SUR QUATRE. Par conséquent, prévoir des bouquins ou louer une voiture pour bouger sur l'île.
Pour infos, l'hôtel à ce jour ne propose pas de transfert, donc le prévoir :
•AÉROPORT DE PALMA > CALA D'OR 1 HEURE en taxi : 90€ (idem retour)
•Il existe des navettes en bus (2H) pour les transferts de jour
