It might be suitable for one night after a concert/ game, but not for a family stay of several days
Pros:

The hotel has an underground parking garage.
The room is spacious by Paris standards.
The hotel is easily accessible by train; it's about a 15-minute walk.

Cons:

Totally overrated. The hotel room needs some maintenance. The plastic bathroom has many parts, such as the faucet, that need repair. The toilet has an unpleasant odor and doesn't even have a hook to hang a towel on. The air conditioning doesn't work well and is hard to adjust. The seal on the small refrigerator is part missing.

Locatie, het was lekker rustig.

Cons:

De wc in de kamer stonk heel erg. Airconditioning deed het niet goed, in de zomer maanden is dit dan toch wel een probleem.

P'tit déjeuner correct varié mais ts les jours la même chose .

Pros:

Die gute Anbindung ans Stadtverkehrsnetz, Garage, Grösse des Familienzimmers war toll. Und dass auch bei der Toilette (separat) ein Lavabo war.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer waren erstaunlich unpraktisch und "kühl": keine Halte-Vorrichtungen für die Tücher und Handtücher, alles aus Kunststoff...
Die Klimaanlage liess sich schlecht regulieren.
Die Lifte waren teilweise beide durch die Bauarbeiten belegt, und ein Teil des Treppenhauses schlecht begehbar (Rutschgefahr)...
