Very clean room pool looked nice we just did not use ! Breakfast was nice
Quite the first night but the second night we ask for a refund due to the staff putting a family with young children above us and the noise level was so bad with stomping and running we could not sleep people with children should be on ground floor when available ! We are an older couple and it was awful we do not blame the kids !

Couldn't check in properly because the computer couldn't print out the bill. The elevator was broken and I'm partially handicapped and my room was on the 3rd floor. So I had to walk up n down the stairs. The ice machine didn't work on the 3rd floor. People in the room next to mine were smoking marijuana. The cleaning was bad in the bathroom, particularly in the bath tub. Will not be staying there ever again. Actually I might if I was given a full refund for this unbelievably bad stay.
All the staff when we checked in and when we left the next morning we're very friendly very nice full of information about the area we just wanted to get away for a day from our house it was nice and quiet there rooms were clean didn't smell it was nice
We also loved that the person in charge of breakfast had just eggs and sausage out and a lot of people were wanting the biscuits and gravy and so he made a spot for the biscuits and he made gravy real quick for everybody that had asked so he went above and beyond for his customers thank you my husband was very happy about that.
The only thing that we didn't like was the pool was very cold we were hoping to enjoy a nice swim but we couldn't because the pool was too cold

The location is always great. We’re close to family, stores and major roadways to get where we needed to go.
The key cards for the rooms never seem to work. I even kept it in my back pocket, away from all electronics and still stopped working the next day. It’s a bit annoying when you’re on the second or third floor and have to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. And even then it may not work.
Convince of location to where we needed to be
My room smelled really bad like someone had smoked in there. Then the cleaning crew sprayed sooo much to cover the smoke smell it was pretty bad. For the hotel being non smoking it sure smelled a lot like smoke - just walking down the hallway.
The pool was pretty cold
My bathroom had a dirty wash cloth left in the shower and also black curled hair in the shower - gross.
The room over all felt dirty.

The lights in my room was out and there was no maintenance to fix it
