Buena opción en San Miguel
Pros:

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es que cuenta con estacionamiento y sin problema el centro esta caminando a 3 cuadras. El lugar es amplio y cómodo, con una gran vista. El personal muy amable y nos dio muchas recomendaciones para visitar cerca de San Miguel

Cons:

No hay jabón para lavar trastes.

Un lugar muy bonito
Pros:

El lugar es muy bonito y el personal muy amable. Está a unas cuadras del centro que aunque cuesta un poco en llegar por estar en una cuesta, la distancia es corta.

Cons:

El colchón de la recámara principal es muy blando y si compartes cama, como fue mi caso, te mueves demasiado. Esto dificultó un poco el que pudiera dormir bien.

I ‘ve stayed there four times. Staff is friendly. Beautiful grounds.

Me encantó la suite, tiene un estilo antiguo muy bonito que va totalmente acorde con la esencia y tradiciones de San Miguel de Allende. Es muy cómoda y los muebles le dan un toque auténtico que hace la experiencia aún más especial.
La limpieza fue excelente y el trato del personal muy amable en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable.

Cons:

consideraría ideal que el hospedaje contara con desayuno incluido o un servicio de restaurante, así como la opción de solicitar alimentos a la habitación por la noche, lo cual haría la experiencia aún más completa.

excelente ubicación, confortable, limpio y excelente trato del personal
Pros:

lo cerca que esta del centro y la vista, el cuarto estaba muy bonito y confortable, a pesar de que se fue la luz que no fue problema del hotel el lugar te lleva a disfrutar y lo tomamos como una noche de velas y romanticismo excelente el trato del personal y cuenta con estacionamiento amplio.

Practical and clean
Pros:

The location is excellent, walking distance from almost everything in San Miguel. The hotel is also located on a vehicular street so it is possible to order an Uber or a Taxi. The service was really great and everyone was very attentive, the room was alsy very spacious. I wouldn't call it exactly luxury but it is comfortable and functional.

Cons:

There is no restaurant at the location, but there are quite a few breakfast restaurants nearby.

estaba muy cerca de la plaza principal, el lugar donde está el hotel es muy tranquilo y seguro también.

Cons:

el shampoo proporcionado no era suficiente para dos personas, además que estaba abierto como si alguien lo hubiese usado previamente.

Some of the rooms might be nicer, but our two options were far below expectations.
Pros:

The location is convenient for walking to town. There was not much street noise. We didn't like the room they had reserved for us. It was very large, but some things were in bad condition such as the refrigerator with a very rusted interior, and the room was as cold as a refrigerator. They moved us to a different room that was much warmer, but about the same quality of appearance, and the mini-fridge at the lowest setting froze everything. Almost no windows had no screens.

Cons:

The bathroom condition was far below what one would expect, with improvised repairs. The old caulking used to make the tub fit with the old tile stall was cracked from long ago. It looks like the room was remodeled with used tile, and the best I can figure, it has glue residue smeared over much of the floor and some walls.
