las instalaciones y el personal que eran todos muy majos. sobretodo en la reacción que tuvieron en cuando tuvimos un problema

pues que habían cucarachas, vimos una el primer día a la madrugada. nos dieron un insecticida y estuvimos sin poder dormir mucho, al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación que me gustó su reacción y nos hicieron una carta y todo, nos gustó mucho sinceramente. Finalmente el día que teníamos que dejar el hotel al despertarnos encontramos otra cucaracha, le hice foto y un vídeo que tengo, creo que se debería hacer una fumigación muy pero que muy grande porque está infestado y a nosotros nos generó mucha incomodidad la estancia allí, ya que nos da mucho angustia estas cosas. Nos a pasado dos veces y sé que este problema también viene de todo mallorca, pero se tiene que hacer algo porque todo eso vienen enfermedades y creo que para un hotel de 4 estrellas que es el que es no deberían haber estos problemas. Porque paso todo el año trabajando y encima pagar lo que cuesta que no digo que no valga eso pues pienso que tendria que estar mucho mas controlado.

Pros:

El director del hotel muy amable y atento, los trabajadores del buffet tb y en general el buffet bien de comida y demás. La habitación muy amplia y camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

Hotel antiguo, las instalaciones con olor regular, suelo sucio de zonas comunes y piscina, la ducha de la piscina rota, accesos al hotel abiertos a todo el público…. algunos recepcionistas poco amables y resolutivos y la recepción con mucho olor a humedad. La animación comparada con muchos otros hoteles de 4 estrellas muy cortita y nada original ( todos los días waterpolo y por la tarde media hora de mini disco con las mismas canciones).

It was clean, the front desk staff was kind and informative.

Cons:

On two occasions, I sat down at a table near the bar. I left after 30 minutes both times because no order was taken. This was in spite of raising my hand as the waiter/bartender neared. I was invisible. Chairs on the balcony were uncomfortable.

Pros:

Die only-adult Pool Area war sehr schön, wenn nicht in der Mittagszeit die Hecke geschnitten wird oder die Grünanlagen gepflegt werden.

Der Bar-/ Restaurantbereich war sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Der Fitnessraum war naja..die Geräte waren veraltet und sehr abgenutzt (Laufband hatte einen Riss in der Lauffläche dass es nicht genutzt werden konnte wegen der Geräusche, die Hanteln hatten keine Schutzfolie mehr, so dass man das verrostete Metall sehen konnte, die Fitnessmatten waren sehr verbraucht,..) der Fitnessraum & Geräte sollten mal überprüft und gewartet werden.
