I just visited Novotel Yanbu this week, and our stay was memorable. Top-notch amenities including serene swimming pool, gym and sauna are fantastic, Delicious breakfast and dining options to cozy rooms with stunning sea views exceeds expectations.
Thanks to Ashfaq, Amir and Mashary for efficient check-in/check-out process, and making our stay more comfortable.
Recommend for those who are looking for peaceful and quiet stay from busy and hectic city life during scorching heat days.

I recently stayed at Novotel Hotel Yanbu, and overall, it was comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel offered a great blend of modern design, professional service, and good amenities.

The staff at the front disk Saudi boy & girls are outstanding, politely and high hospitality.
I don't like the houskeeping & the room food services are very poor.

The location is excellent, very central and close to everything.
Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-prepared.
The restaurant is really good — tasty food and great variety!

Special thanks to the front desk team for their warm welcome, and to Chef Hani at the restaurant for the delicious meals.

Definitely recommend staying here!

Maroof was exceptionally helpful and attentive. He took care to pay attention and help out at breakfast. Most all the staffs were good service oriented during this stay. The amenities were basically good for the area. I would suggest to management that they break the endless 30 second piano loop which plays in lobby and restaurant. End it or change it up. Its soul crushing

The restaurant service personal is awesome

The restaurant guy Mr Maroof was fantastic and very nice in his work appreciate his approach to the need of the customer and ready to available for any assistance if my voice reaches “Maroof bro keep up the good work and best of luck”

Hotel location almost perfect.

The Saudi girls who are in the reception are humbles and cheerful.

The reservation Saudi girl is very cooperative.

In general, Novotel Yanbu hotel management succeeded to recruit a Saudi stuff in high quality and manner.

Good but hasn’t rooms for snooker

We love Novotel Yanbu.
Excellent location by the sea.
Staff are very friendly, kind and supportive.
Food is very nice.
Swimming pool is very good.
Room is very clean and comfortable.
Very big thanks to Mr Amer in the reception and Mr Najib the Manager.

The hotel keeps its world class stardand . good service on almost all aspects and nice ocean view plus walkable to beautiful seashore. thanks a lot to their receptions Hadeel and Golam , and also break first stuffs . thanks for the excellent experience.

Two things one never forgets in a stay.
1. The manner in which you are checked in
2. How much accommodative the ct was.
It was my first ever stay in Novotel Yanbu. The front office staff especially Miss Jawaher is a very professional and helpful lady. The sense of courtesy and hospitality shown by Mr. Ishafaq and Ghulam is exceptional. So i extended my stay and it was memorable.
The above mentioned staff is an asset to the hotel.

Manohar : the service boy was excellent. He served us as per our need and so polite and supportive! Big thanks for him.

All staff was supportive and ready serve any time.

Food was excellent along with deserts . Great place to watch .

Price is also very competitive and worth of money .
