Truly the only reason we chose this hotel was it's proximity to the airport. The price was pretty unbelievable so I guess you get what you pay for but the pictures online grossly misrepresented what the location really looked like. Our room had no closet, no mirror, very poor lighting and the bathroom was horrible. It was the size of a closet with a noisy sliding door, also like a closet. The sink had hot water. The best you could get from the shower was lukewarm and that was only if someone didn't turn hot water on in some other room which turned it ice cold. The key cards didn't work correctly. I love being near the airport for our very early flight but I wouldn't stay there again. Had I known from looking at the pictures what the rooms really looked like I would but have chosen it in the first place.
They don’t staff the lobby all day they only staff the lobby from 7 am to 11pm and then don’t answer their after hours phone number they provide
This property is under construction and I don't think I would stay again until it is completely finished. I had to be moved to a second room, not a remodeled room, it was better than the initial room but still not the best. The street noise was excessive, even with the cooler/a/c running all night. However, the shower had much better pressure than I expected, the breakfast was better than I expected & it was economical. So, not a total bust - it holds promise for a possible future stay, but not until the remodel is finished.
It's nothing like the photos. The photos make It out to be super clean and super nice. When I got up to my room, it was a disaster in terms of its condition. Holes all over the wall, paint peeling, dirty corners accompanied by moldy caulk. A shower head not sealed and hanging on for dear life. Paint chips and tears everywhere. It was bad enough that we just left. We ended up not staying there that night and went home. Didn't ask for a refund, just left
The stairs going up to the second floor, filthy, trash and cigarette butts on the stairwell, don't think it's ever been power washed, railing was disgusting, caked on gum and dirt, never cleaned in its life.
For all intensive purposes, it was ghetto AF. The pictures lie. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because the staff was awesome..

this motel has come a long way since the new owners, much cleaner, they have a good breakfast & $3 a day if you are flying & they take you to & from the airport i’m sure they will continue to make better & i recommend this motel
I booked it online while passing thru town. They do NOT have parking for a truck pulling a trailer and no empathy for you and how you end up leaving it. Small paring and spaces to begin with. No way to give refund so I could find someplace else with parking.
Staff was great. Location was close to airport and restaurants. Building was being remodeled in areas. Our room was clean,but was needing work.

I stayed here with my family and we absolutely loved it. Everyone was so lovely and the place looked amazing. My room was clean and the beds were so soft. The staff was helpful with all the questions I had. Even breakfast was amazing with a nice selection to choose from. The hotel is being remodeled and I couldn't even hear it. My family fell in love with this place and we will absolutely be back once the remodel is done.
The property seems to be under new management and is being renovated. I got the renovated room and it was perfect. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location can’t get better. I’ll definitely stay back here in future when I visit Billings.
This stay was great the staff was amazing and very helpful. I was told upon check in everything is being remodled and i was checked into a newly remodeled room and WOW is all i have to say compared to the stay i had when it was the roadway 5 months ago HUGE difference and the security of all the changes had me feeling very safe when i walked my dog all hours way to go FairBridge Inn Express im impressed. I travel alot for business and see hotels change but this was like night and day. The Hot Breakfast was so delicious. Also the early anytime shuttle definitely lessened my stresses thank you. For only having it a month your doing great and i cant wait to see how much more you guys will have completed after its all done. Also the outside lounging areas are the best to enjoy my morning coffee and sunrise keep up the good work guys.
I have stayed at some really bad hotels in the past but this one blind sided me… we were on the road traveling so I did not look at any of the reviews but the pictures did not match the conditions of the hotel or rooms… they are trying to remodel the place so we cut them some slack but when we checked into the first room (we were told it was recently renovated) it definitely was not! Missing light bulbs, broken toilet, no shower curtain, mold/ mildew throughout the bathroom, smeared up tv, open electrical connections, dirty bedding and sheets, and everything was covered in dust. We requested a different room and it was not in much better condition but it at least had been cleaned recently. My suggestion to the owner would be to shut down the rooms that are sub par until they can be renovated! The ONLY reason we didn’t walk out of the place is because we had another 7 hours of driving to do the next day and it was already past 11 by the time we got in the second room. Lesson learned… worst sleep ever!
The property was recently purchased, and they’re doing some updates to the property. That’s great however, I paid extra to stay in a suite and the only thing that was nice about it was the bed. The Jacuzzi tub was dirty. The paneling with the electrical was wide open and there was zero water pressure you turned it on the very old showerhead and water barely came out and then when you tried to use the shower, there wasn’t enough pressure to actually get the water to come out of the thing you had to hold it to switch it from tub to shower and it just barely sprinkled out. There was also no water pressure in the sink, and it was cracked and the little glass shelf above it was also broken. The TV wasn’t connected to anything but local broadcast cable that only had 20 some channels and most of them were sports or news. I had to go back to the lobby twice to get my key to work to unlock the door. Overall, for the price I could’ve stayed in a nicer place.
First, I want to say this has been an experience for me the new rooms are amazing, and we could not even hear the construction of the new remodel going on and for that I give a 10 out of 10 alone. The secure and safe environment will always have my heart. The amenities were ideal for our family vacation. The rooms were very clean and oh my gosh the beds were so comfortable best night's sleep I had in a while I did not want to leave. Charlie was so beyond amazing, and her staff was very quick to help with any questions we had at all hours they definitely went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable thank you and we will always be staying at the FairBridge Inn Express. We can't wait to stop back through on our way back and see even more beautiful changes you have made to the hotel see you soon.
This property should not be listed on your website! Lobby was good but our room was terrible! The smoke smell was awful, furniture beat up and bath was in bad shape.
