Arbatax Park Resort - Borgo Cala Moresca

Preis / Leistung passt leider nicht ganz.
Was uns auch gefehlt hat ist ein Balkon (unser Fehler - haben wir im Vorfeld nicht überprüft)
Teilweise auch schwierig wenn man kein Italienisch kann (Speisekarte Pizzeria zB leider nur Italienisch, Personal spricht teilweise nur sehr gebrochen Englisch)

Detta hotell har kanske haft en storhetstid.. nu framförallt dåligt underhållet. Personalens energi var mycket låg överlag. Vi åt buffe på kvällen vilket var otroligt dålig.

Beliggenheden er fuldstændig fantastisk. Resortet er også dejligt. Eneste minus, var at værelserne havde en lidt mærkelig lugt. Men måske det var fordi vi var der tidligt i sæsonen. Jeg vil ikke anbefale stedet til folk med gå handicap

Metà del resort non accessibile. Camera pulita ma dotazioni (esempio il phon) vecchie. Prezzi al bar/ristorante spropositati, si tratta di un hotel ad arbatax non a porto cervo, oltretutto fuori stagione. Non vale il prezzo pagato.
Personale comunque gentile e disponibile

Il resort evdi per se bello, in ottima posizione per ammirare la caletta di Arbatax. Orribili le camere al piano terra, perche umide, contro la collina, sembrava di stare in cantina

Voiture sale pour nous emmener. Conducteur brusque et stressé. 1h30 d'attente pour le check in alors qu'il y avait seulement deux personnes devant nous. Réceptionnistes un peu lents et probablement peu expérimentés, manque d'organisation général. Pas de wifi dans la chambre et téléphone de la chambre pas connecté.
Matelas dur. Chambre vieillotte pour un 4 étoiles.

Emplacement magnifique, plein de piscines, les animaux adorables, le bus navette était agréable et fréquent, plages comme dans les rêves.

Super cadre, très joli site. Endroit propice à la détente. Le personnel de l'hôtel est du restaurant est très bien. Heureusement pour nous que nous étions proche de la réception et de la salle de restaurant car beaucoup d'escaliers et de dénivelé, ça peut être très compliqué.
Demi- pension très bien, la nourriture est bonne, bien préparée.Les boissons sont incluses.Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs à ce sujet.
Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pû manger au restaurant La Cala car c'était fermé contrairement à ce qu'on nous a dit en arrivant. Pareil pour le SPA qui est apparemment ouvert que pour les massages.
Le parc est très agréable. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour . Merci pour les services du personnel qui nous a pris en charge à notre arrivée avec nos bagages et à notre départ jusqu'au parking pour récupérer la voiture

Es fehlt im Zimmer ein kleiner Tisch und es müsste einen besseren Flughafen Transfer geben

On a eu des punaises de lit / fourmis dans notre chambre on a du aller se soigner à la pharmacie.

Top Service und Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Anlage wird oft gereinigt und gepflegt. Man kann viel unternehmen (Park, Tierpark, schöne Bucht, Pool, sub & Kajak kostenlos 4 Stunden, Bustransfer im Resort, Open Air Kino, Livemusik),Die Bootstour ist sehr zu empfehlen nach Cala Luna( in der Stadt zu buchen 25€ günstiger). Großer Parkplatz mit abhol und bringservice. Zimmer Modernisierungsbedürftig, keine Lebensmittel mit ins Zimmer nehmen (Ameisengefahr), Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt und neue Handtücher gibt es. Frühstücksbuffet immer die selben Produkte, jedoch eine sehr große Auswahl und es gibt reichlich davon, frischer selbstgemachter Kaffee (für uns war es gut). Anlage ist sehr schön, gepflegt und groß.

We had a lovely stay at Arbatax Park Resort. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the options of beaches and pools were brilliant, we enjoyed the nature park and gardens and the breakfast and dinner buffets were good with lots of choice (including always at least 1 option for vegetarians). The rooms in Borgo are simple, traditionally styled and comforable. With spacious bedrooms and great bathroom.

This is a difficult one to review for us. This is one of six hotels in a very large ECO-park. The location and surroundings are very beautiful. The place itself had it's "prime" many years ago and it shows. However the rooms where quite large and bathrooms nice and clean. AC works well but is old and sounds like an aeroplane more or less. Very good housekeeping every day though! You must be prepared to walk a lot and MANY stairs up and down to move around the premises, for us this was not a problem but good to know if you have any issues. The most disappointing thing for us was the food. We decided to do halfboard (breakfast and dinner) which we usually never do. Because we thought "it's Italy, the food here is great!". No, it was not. I myself ended up doing a fast until lunch - we had a car and went to beaches and had lunch every day - since breakfast was only dry baked sweets and white bakeoff bread and canned fruit floating around in bowls! The only thing my husband and my son appreciated was the coffee. Very disappointing. Dinner was different "salads" with canned crabsticks and green beans, ONE time they had Caprese salad and even that was terrible. Iceberg lettuce does NOT belong in a Caprese salad (I'm an educated chef so I guess I'm extra "offended" ;)). The fish was dry, overcooked. No taste. My only guess was that this buffé was made for german and british visitors mainly because it resembled that kind of food more than typical Italian food.

Sehr schön gelegen das Resort auch eine sehr schöne Anlage, leider ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.
Restaurant mit Buffet ist nicht sehr empflenswert, lieberin die umliegenden Restaurants gehen, kostet etwa das selbe und ist gute Qualität.
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht gut geschult oder ohne Erfahrung.

Bella location ma faticosa e bagno in mare precluso dalla presenza di meduse.

Essen v buffet ziemlich das gleiche jeden Abend , Anlage ziemlich ungepflegt ,im Zimmer viele kleine Mängel somit kümmert sich wohl keiner drum . Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen

Soggiorno splendido, personale accogliente, ristorante di qualità superiore rispetto al Telis e pulizia piscina impareggiabile.

Purtroppo non bene, il posto è meraviglioso con accesso privato a cala moresca e angoli veramente suggestivi, ma il servizio è scadente e la gestione sssente. Menzione speciale ai gamberoni avariati per cena. Che disastro!
