Que cobren comisión si pagas con tarjeta y que la negociasen. Al principio un 5% luego nos bajaron a 3%.

Pros:

La ubicación, tenía al lado un lugar de café y de cerezas artesanales excelentes. En realidad estaba cerca de todo.

Cons:

No nos gustaron los espacios comunes, que eran muy estrechos, apenas se podía desayunar, y además en las fotos se veía otra cosa.

Une hôte aux petits soins !!
Pros:

La gérante de l'hôtel est adorable et super serviable. Elle nous a donné de super conseils et a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit super. Encore merci à elle et au personnel qui sont adorables et aux petits soins.
L'hôtel est bien placé, on peut faire beaucoup de choses dans le vieux quartier et les alentours, à pieds.

Cons:

Je ne dirais pas que je n'ai pas apprécié. Je dirais plutôt que la chambre qui nous a été donnée mériterait un petit coup de neuf, suite a visiblement un petit dégâts des eaux. Sinon RAS, super hôtel !

Estadia ok, mas gerente inconveniente
Pros:

A cama, o colchão e os travesseiros eram confortáveis. O quarto era silencioso. A localização do hotel também é estratégica, no centro histórico. O café da manhã também é gostoso e são servidos pratos quentes muito bons a la carte (embora não tenha todos itens que constam na foto do anúncio e por volta das 9h vários itens não sejam mais repostos).

Cons:

Fomos induzidas a pagar pela hospedagem em dinheiro, sob a alegação de que o hotel prefere e que cobra taxas para pagamentos com cartão. Por isso, tivemos que pagar uma alta taxa para fazer um saque extra que não estava previsto.
Também foi cansativa a insistência da gerente e funcionários pra vender serviços extras, como passeios, táxis e massagens. Dissemos que não tínhamos interesse. Mesmo assim, perguntaram sobre nossos planos ou pra onde estávamos indo mais de uma vez, na tentativa de vender passeios (o que também achamos bem inconveniente e indiscreto). Era impossível passar pela recepção sem ser questionada pela gerente.
O quarto era escuro e menor e mais antigo do que aparenta nas fotos. Já o banheiro precisa de uma reforma, principalmente o box.
