All was fine.
Pros:

Breakfast very good and staff very helpful. Location excellent as we were visiting Philadelphia and Wilmington, DE.

Close to airport without lots of noise
Pros:

This hotel is close enough to allow you to get to the airport quickly without being right on top of the busy airport area. They offer a shuttle bus to and from the airport.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

If you do not have your own transportation, know that it is the only thing in the immediate area. There are no restaurants, gas stations, etc, within any kind of walking distance.

Needs renovation
Pros:

Hotel is in poor shape. Dead bolt did not work. Thermostat torn off wall and gapping hole left. Window shades torn.

Front desk TASHIDA pushed me to the floor
Pros:

The most serious incident occurred on the morning of June 15 at approximately 4:45 AM. While sitting in the lobby with friends, I was cleaning up our table. I brought a trash can over and, because it was full, I removed the trash bag to place it outside the container. At that point, TASHIDA approached me, grabbed the trash bag from me, and pushed me to the floor. I did not respond physically. Instead, I called the police.

Two of my friends witnessed the entire incident, and the hotel’s security cameras should show what occurred around 4:45 AM on June 15. Hotel staff should never physically touch or push a guest. I consider this behavior unacceptable and an act of aggression.

I hope hotel management reviews the security footage, investigates this incident thoroughly, and takes appropriate action.

Hotel stay before cruise
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable. Close to the Philadelphia cruise port which is why we stayed here. The continental breakfast was nice too.

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room was a little loud.

Will never come back
Pros:

Comfortable beds

Cons:

The pool never had towels. 3 of us had to share 2 towels. The breakfast ran out of food frequently and there was only one person trying to keep it filled. Had to pay $15/day to park which I did NOT see or I wouldn’t have stayed here. Very very over priced for this hotel
