The room was spacious and far exceeded our expectations. The sitting area with a long couch and very wide desk made watching TV much more comfortable than sitting on a bed. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping. There was a big closet and the bathroom was divided into two rooms, one with a toilet and pedestal sink and the other with a vanity sink and walk-in shower. There were many mirrors and a lot of drawer space.
The only suggestion I have is to offer more variety for breakfast. It was certainly adequate but did not offer as many choices as other hotels at which we have stayed.
Parking situation is INSANE. We arrived pretty late at night for our stay, and could not find a parking spot. The cars were parked around the property EVERYWHERE. Not exaggerating - on the grass, in the bushes on the sidewalk at the back of the property, along every curb and berm. There was even a car parked behind two other cars parked in legitimate parking spots (how would they have gotten out??). God forbid a firetruck or ambulance needed to come into the property - there is no way they would be able to access it. Clearly the property took too many "park-and-fly" reservations. This is really inexcusable and an extreme safety hazard. At check in, the woman at the desk apologized and said the property was almost sold out in addition to having all the park-and-fly customers. Why would management allow this to happen? You take park-and-fly reservations based on your occupancy - simple math. One or two cars over is one thing, but this was crazy!
Breakfast was pretty chaotic - no real healthy options, no cream for the coffee, almost all the milk and yogurt were gone with 45 minutes left to go of breakfast time.
The room actually was great - I liked the split bath setup. Mattress very comfortable. The lighting right above the mirror in the bathroom with the tub/shower was like an interrogation room though - one bright light above your head makes it difficult to see what you're doing in the mirror and impossible to really do makeup well.
As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member, I redeemed all of my accumulated points for a Valentine’s Day weekend stay (February 14–16) at the Marriott in Ridley Park, PA. Unfortunately, this stay fell far below Marriott brand standards.
The room had visible water damage, including stained curtains, noticeable wall discoloration, and clear moisture damage near the ceiling and window area. These were not minor imperfections — they were obvious upon entering the room and reflect serious maintenance concerns.
Using loyalty points — especially for a special occasion — should feel rewarding. Instead, I felt like I wasted my hard-earned points on a substandard room. There is no difference in expectation between a paid stay and a points redemption stay; brand standards should remain consistent. This experience was disappointing and not what I expect from Marriott. I hope leadership reviews this property’s condition and takes appropriate corrective action.
Good comfortable room, friendly staff, satisfactory breakfast, quiet, good overall stay
Clean, great staff
Our stay was really disappointing. The service was poor from the start - there was no housekeeping for our two days stay and we had to request basic essentials multiple times. The pool had no towels available, which was very inconvenient. Even in the room, the conditioner and body wash were empty, showing a lack of attention and proper maintenance.
Rooms was very clean and spacious. Staff was courteous and breakfast was very good. Simple check-in and check-out procedure. All in All a good place to stay-I would definitely come back for another stay
Temperature in room was a little too warm-was set at 74 degrees
The room had a nice setup, and the beds were nice.
Older not well maintained. Limited options for eating nearby.
Staff , location, clean.
Convenient location
Great rates
Comfortable facility
Accommodating staff
Pool closed
Location close to airport.
Bed linen were stained, did not seem to have been changed.
1 staff at reception when we arrived was having a problem and swearing quite loudly trying to deal with it.
Breakfast was first in first serve very busy and messy. Had to wait for hot water for tea.
Breakfast was simple yet very good. I loved that the over airport shuttle for pick up and drop off 24/7
I like the amenities
The front desk clerk showed Disinterest. He failed to tell me that there would be a $150 hold on my credit card. Then, I get to the room. Which is a non smoking room. It smelled like nothing but, cigarettes. Which I’m allergic too. I was told he will send a housekeeper. The housekeeper cannot help the smell off cigarettes. It’s on the curtains, the couch everything in the room. Plus, I was only here one night for football game. So, I told him. Just forget it because I didn’t want anyone there while I’m out. I also, specifically asked for a non handicapped bathroom. What do you think I was given? That’s right a handicapped bathroom.
And the breakfast area was so, small and congested. $200 for 1 night I expected more. At less, offer me a discount.
Needless, to say that will be my 1st & last stay at this property.
