Excel·lent estada a Bucarest
Pros:

Habitació gran. Neteja i servei tot molt bé. Establiment molt cèntric.

Cons:

A la porta hi havia un cartell que posava que al Restaurant servien vi calent. Vam demanar en 2 ocasions i mai el tenien disponible, al final els vam dir que féssin el favor de treure el cartell.

Good stay - genuine four star (junior suite)
Pros:

The staff was friendly, good location for the old town and felt safe. We got a free room upgrade from Iuliana Ghassen so ended up in a junior suite overlooking St. Anthony’s Church
Biserica "Sfântul Anton". Showering facilities was good. Bed was very comfortable and had no issues with noise. We stayed two nights. Genuine four star.

Cons:

Balcony was small and not really usable if your scared of heights as so small. Cleaners came in removed rubbish, made bed and gave new towels but didnt replace bag for the bin and accidentally took our dish cloth thinking it was theirs lol.. restaurant food (we ate in restaurant downstairs for dinner) in my opionon was edible but needs improving (food should have been hotter) so i would not recommend ordering room service.

Ηταν πάρα πολύ ωραία!!! Το ξενοδοχείο οι υπάλληλοι όλα ήταν πολύ καλά !!! Ευγένεια κ εξυπηρέτηση!!! Παρά πολύ καλό σημείο για διαμονή!!! Είχαν πάει κ οι γονείς μου πήγα κ εγώ κ θα ξαναπάω!!! Όλα είναι κοντά! Θα το προτείνω κ σε άλλους γιατί οι δουλειά μου έχει να κάνει με κόσμο! Τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν ηταν εξαιρετικοί!!!!

The manager of the facility refuse to email me back and I've never spoken with them since I left 3:30 a.m. in the morning the guy at the desk wouldn't even help

In the center so everythinf was easily reachable

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly
Breakfast was very moderate
And if something at the breakfast fast finished (and there was still 1h until breakfast time was over) the staff just said "no more, finito". Also the breakfast was in general very fatty and the options were scarce

If you are sensitive to smells I don't recommend the hotel either, cause next to the reception they had an air diffuser with a very strong perfume smell

Only one blanket for the huge bed, we would have appreciated 2

There was tea in the room, but no water boiler, only a coffee machine

In the bathroom the drain on the floor underneath the sink was overflowing when turning on the tap of the sink, so I recommend no socks while using the sink

Pros:

המיקום אטרקטיבי, ממש צמוד לעיר העתיקה. במרחק 10-15 דקות מאטרקציות במרכז העיר. החדר היה מצויין, ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה, עם מבחר אפשרויות, והשירות היה מקסים! הצוות היה מאוד ידידותי וסייע בכל בקשה, שאלה, או המלצה תיירותית. מפרגנת באהבה ואחזור שוב בשמחה.

Hotel was good but let down by poor breakfast.

Hotel is in a great location staff very friendly

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. Coffee machine took 5 minutes to produce a full cup which was cold. The food was very limited and both mornings no eggs and reheated sausages from the day before. Fruit juice was squash. I can honestly say the worst breakfast I have ever had. We had to go out and get breakfast elsewhere.
