Pros:

Staff were not friendly, quite formal and direct, waiting for the attention at reception, and staff seemed annoyed when asking by for information. The bed was uncomfortable too soft. Facilities were good, gym and pool, location is good close to the beech and shops.

Pros:

Great hotel, friendly staff and a great location. Not too far from all the nightlife but easily walkable if you want to be in the middle of it all.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed and the staff just cant do enough to help you out. Would stay here again anytime.

The staff was absolutely impolite which one least expects from someone in the hospitality industry. The breakfast served was of very low quality and the room service was very bad as well.

Internet doesn't work properly, when contacted guest services they just said to restart the device, it didn’t help. Gym is definitely not as on promotional pictures
