Savoy Park Hotel Apartments

Upon checking in I was informed that the pool hours were 8am-8pm. The only reason I had booked this hotel because the hours for the pool were showing 7am-11pm on hotels.com. Also, phone did not work in the room when I tried calling reception so I had to walked down to mention about the AC not working very well. Maintenance then informed me after fixing it that the bathroom door needed to be closed for the rest of the room to be cool. Staff was respectful and kind.

Thin walls, windows not properly sealed against sound, tiny unusable balcony that even birds could not get out of after getting trapped between the balcony glass and the window glass. Street boys playing soccer and cricket next to the window at all but the latest/earliest of hours. Pool, small but decent. Overall friendly staff and decent location. Won't stay again due to the noise concerns.

This is definitely not a 4 star facility, more like a three star. The room is clean but furniture is outdated and bee is hard to sleep on. Not worth it for the amount they charge.

Madame Christine at the front desk was amazing. She was very professional, and did her best to assist me.

The hotel is simple and not fancy, but very adequate, decently equipped, and welcoming. Note that it was further from the airport than anticipated. It took half an hour by taxi late at night and cost 54 Dirham Arabe.

The stay is very easy, with regards to transport, restaurants, very clean, daily cleaning and changing of laundry.the staffs are welcoming and always ready to help.

Hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel is close to airport, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Dubai Frame is in walkable distance. All amenities including plenty of grocery shops, restaurants and supermarkets are in walkable distance.

Very conveniently located to public transportation. Near train and bus stations. Hotel offers transportation to and from jumierah beach and other destinations. Lots of nearby grocery and restaurant options. The staff was kind and helpful. They brought up groceries to my room and also let me sleep in before asking for room service. The area where the hotel is located is residential with many hotels in close proximity. Hotel room was clean except the washing machine rubber had black mold inside.

We had some issues with a bad smell in the bathroom and the manager Niraj and Madan both helped us with finding us a better room to stay. My husband fell ill and the hotel staff and mangers looked him very well. Location is good.

The rooms had a foul sewage smell from the toilet. I was shown another room and not better. I responded to Expedia seeking a refund. Price per night was a rip off- I never stayed in the hotel. And still looking for my refund.

The property is not far from the souks. The housekeeper Mr Ram was very helpful. The internet connection was not optimal.

Excellent apartment hotel and very good location. They also provide shuttle in the morning to the metro. Metro is walking distance but in Dubai heat even 5 minutes walk can be unbearable. So it’s very good option to have shuttle. I only wished they had shuttle throughout the day not just till 8:45. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Entire staff was very helpful and hospitable from the busboy to the manager. Thank you jasveer for being so kind and accommodating. Neeraj for personally connecting with all the guests and ensuring we were having a nice time. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Excellent staff w/fast check-in and breakfast was really good with many varieties and staff went extra mile to accommodate special requests - great location close to sharaf dg metro and rooms were spacious - extremely happy

Great stay and wonderful front desk. They helped us even when I left my moms phone in a taxi. Great people and only about a 15 min taxi to Dubai mall/burj khalifa!
