Cons:

The noise of the traffic was quite loud but ok when all doors and windows were closed. Needed proper block out curtains for longer sleep.

Do not stay here!!!!!
Pros:

There is nothing positive to say about this property and the management is non responsive in terms of issues.

Cons:

The room was not as advertised in the photos. My partner checked in and the room was damp and had an unpleasant odour. There was dust, and the room was unclean. He asked for a refund (in part or in full) and it was declined despite him only being there for 5 mins and handing the keys back. I've addressed this with the manager to no avail. I will not be recommending this property to anyone!

Pros:

Location and value for money compared to other accommodation in Sydney

Cons:

Bed a bit uncomfortable. The rooms have been updated since my last visit a couple of years ago but beds need replacing. Springs in back a tad hard.

Lovely helpful staff, close to public transport
Pros:

The property was in a good location for public transport, the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Overall the room was clean, the bathroom could have done with some addition cleaning. The area in the middle of the hotel is nice to sit and have meals, unfortunately the noise can echo at night especially if people aren’t quiet when returning really late.
