Ok price & ok for 1 nights stay.

Cons:

Very dated rooms, weren't exceptionally clean but the bed sheets were clean. Wouldn't stay for more than a night.

Horrible stale cigarette smoke smell was impossible to ignore.
Pros:

The room was a decent size.
The toilet paper was good quality.

Cons:

Room 216.
Very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke, despite the door having a no smoking sign.
There was masking tape on the floor in the bathroom.
The curtains had some unknown food stuck to them.
Carpets were frayed and stained.
Chairs were ripped.
Bed kept moving when leaning against the headboard.
Bathroom fan did not work causing excessive humidity and cabinet to swell.
Some unknown yellow substance (perhaps glue?) stuck to the bathroom tiles.

Excellent cheap place to stay in Sydney
Pros:

It is cheap and cheerful. Very clean and comfortable with secure abundant parking. Very well located for public transport and near the greenway for recreation. Short walk to summer hill area for cafes and restaurants.
