الغرف واسعه جدا ودوره المياه ايضا واسعه والمكان روعه من حيث الزراعه التجميليه والمسابح كبيره ومتنوعه والعاملين ودودين ومرحبين ومدير الفندق استاذ انس رجل خلوق وخدوم ويسعى لإرضاء النزلاء وكذلك مالك الفندق الاستاذ مهدي ذو خلق عاليه ويسعى دائما لمعرفه رأي النزلاء واخذ بعين الاعتبار لملاحظاتهم

The whole experience was amazing it was so much better than expected, the staff were so hospitable and catered to every need, the hotel and room was beautiful and it was such a peaceful and relaxing few days I had there, I would definitely go again.

Le calme de l'hôtel. La beauté de l'hôtel. La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Pas de lumière dans la piscine. Pas de lumière sur la terrasse privée de la suite le soir. Les finitions sont à revoir c'est pas très bien entretenu. Les frigos qui ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner est à revoir c'est pas digne d'un 5etoiles.

Je fréquente cet établissement depuis plus de dix ans et je tiens à témoigner de mon entière satisfaction. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié, à proximité des principaux centres d'intérêt , cependant il faut être véhicule.

Les lignes épurées, la décoration soignée et la beauté des lieux confèrent à l'établissement une élégance discrète et un cadre agréable pour le séjour. Les espaces communs sont soignés et l'entretien général de l'hôtel est irréprochable.

Le personnel constitue la véritable force de l'hôtel : attentif, professionnel et soucieux du confort des clients. Je recois systématiquement un accueil chaleureux et un service de qualité en vu des nombreux séjour passés dans l'établissement

Un grand merci aux staff Salah, wassim, said , imed et miloud les piscinistes et sans oublié Anass qui sont devenues pour la plupart des amis chaleureux

Toutefois à titre constructif, quelques difficultés occasionnelles de communication à la réception, qui concernent principalement de la detection de besoin.(prolongation de séjour ou modification)

Ces incidents restent rares et n'affectent pas de manière significative l'expérience globale.

je recommande cet hôtel pour la qualité de son service, son emplacement, ainsi que pour la beauté et l'harmonie de sa décoration. Je continuerai à y séjourner

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel où nous avions réservé une suite avec piscine privée.
Nous avons passé un excellent sejour.
Le personnel accueillant, agréable et serviable.
La suite très propre et bien aménagée.
Les prestations sont à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel.
Le SPA, agréable moment passé.
Le dîner, repas excellents.
Nous avons apprécié le calme qui régnait dans l'enceinte de l'établissement.
Bonne de recharge electrique à disposition et appréciable.
Personnel.présent pour répondre a nos demandes même tardivement.
