Pros:

Personnel au top. Suite premium répondant totalement à nos attentes. Super séjour, mon deuxième dans cet hôtel.
A renouveler sans aucun doute.

Cons:

La literie, le confort du lit King size peu être amélioré, mais rien de rédhibitoire malgré tout.

Un séjour hors du temps avec nos enfants.

Un séjour absolument parfait du début à la fin !
Nous avons séjourné dans la suite 132 avec nos enfants et tout était exceptionnel : la beauté des jardins, le calme, le confort, et surtout une cuisine absolument délicieuse, digne des plus belles tables.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant, attentionné et bienveillant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable en famille.

Un immense coup de cœur pour cet hôtel où l’on se sent immédiatement privilégié et parfaitement accueilli. Mention spéciale au directeur, d’une grande gentillesse et très attentif au bien-être de ses clients.

Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation !

Bien mais à déjà vue mieux
Pros:

Nous avions déjà été dans cette hôtel.
Le personnel est très à l’écoute
L’emplacement est bien sans être trop loin ou trop proche de Marrakech.
Le service de navette gratuite est top
Le petit déjeuner aussi est bien ni trop ni trop peu

Cons:

Dommage que le ménage est l’entretien générale ne soient plus au rendez-vous.
Pour notre chambre un gros point faible pour le manque d’insonorisation chose très importante pour nous afin de bien se reposer en vacances.

Petit paradis de calme et de sérénité

Le confort des chambres, le côté paisible et calme de l’hôtel, le personnel très sympathique et toujours aux petits soins. Grand merci à Anass le sous-directeur pour sa bienveillance. Les soins du spa sont très bien et professionnels. Le restaurant aussi.

Cons:

Le quartier comprend de nombreux projets en construction. Ce sera beaucoup plus sympa de se balader dans le quartier dans quelques années. Mais pas de bruit de chantier dans l’hôtel.

Tranquil escape close to the centre
Pros:

We had a great stay after a few days at a Riad in the hustle and bustle of the medina. This was the perfect hotel to relax in. The free shuttle service was also meant we were able to easily get back into the medina whenever we wanted though.
Great service throughout the hotel from the spa staff, waiters and pool attendants. Nothing was too much to ask and they were always there to help. Great to have a few pool options with 2 of the 3 heated giving a lovely mix on the warm days.
We were able to check in early and were given a free upgrade due to a cancellation which was greatly appreciated! Top notch service in a boutique smaller scale hotel. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Marrakech.
