Beautiful building not made the best of
Pros:

Staff polite and helpful . Windows needed cleaning badly in eating area . Eating area could be better no cloths on table and only in bar area in the evening with tv and noise

The restaurant food is good

Cons:

I booked the executive room with expensive price but they gave me standard double bed room which is the cheapest one, so spoke to the receptionist, at the start he said he can’t do anything cause no more executive room left, I said my daughter can’t sleep in the same bed with me, then he said the only thing he can do move to the superior room , I contacted booking.com to make this complaint but booking.com could not reach an agreement with the hotel, but booking .com gave me some travel credit, very appreciated booking.com service.
