Pros:

The facility had an elevator! Close to a few restaurants and liquor store.

Cons:

Where do I begin. Rooms need maintenance. The bathroom sink leaked on the floor, the toilet seat was loose, curtains broken, ice machine broken, poor set up for breakfast with limited food options. Hot tub and fitness center across the parking lot in another building.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. No problem.

Cons:

The walls in the room looked like there was something smeared on them and then left to run down the wall paper? It was weird. It looked like it just needed a real good scrub? Some wallpaper pealing but overall not bad. Just needed a good overall cleaning. The rest of the room was fine.

Pros:

The room is spacious. The front desk staff is courteous. A restaurant on location and the food is OK. Parking is convenient.

Cons:

The room we first assigned, the fitted sheet in one of the bed was stained. We tried to call the front desk and there was no phone in the room. My husband had to go downstair to find support. Since there was no housekeeping staff at that time, we had to move to another room.

Old and run down
Pros:

The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. But oh my god. The curtains were ripped. The ceiling was stained. The door frames were all chipped and banged up. There was a large patched hole in the closet. The wall in there was filthy!! The desk chair looked like it was purchased at a flea market, all worn out. And what’s with the residential interior doors? I don’t think those are fire rated for a hotel. We paid $313.15 for one night for this run down room. Come on Prestige. You can do better than that!! Spend some of your money on the upkeep of your rooms. We stayed 2 night in 2 different rooms. One was as bad as the other. I tried to add the photos that I took but it won’t let me. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Definitely not worth the money!!

Pros:

Needs an update, it was fine for a 1 night stay, but wouldn't recommend for multiple nights.

It was better than average for us.
Pros:

The lobby was very nice and staff very friendly.

Cons:

Every time we book through booking.com we have a terrible view from the room. Either a wall or garbage cans or the air conditioning unit or something. Always bad.
