Très bien situé , joli deco mais déception sur salle de bain avec évier bouché qui fait sale

La chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos. Salle de bain très petite sans possibilité de pouvoir poser ses affaires et très mal éclairée. Hormis Maelle qui a été parfaite, personnel de réception pas très professionnel au niveau check in = aucune formule de bienvenue : vous avez fait bon voyage, vous êtes à la Rochelle pour la 1ère fois ...., pas d'explication sur l'hôtel (petit déjeuner) ou sur la ville. Idem au check out = avez vous passé un agréable séjour, nous espérons vous revoir, bon retour ... LA BASE d'un accueil d'hôtel surtout pour un 4 étoiles !!!!!

Kleine ehemaligen Personalzimmer sollten nicht vermietet werden
Pros:

Mein Zimmer war niemals vier Sterne wert. Eine Badewannen-Dusche ohne Haltegriff, das Zimmer düster, mit wenig Aussenlicht, Kein Eisschrank, kein Tresor. Nur die gute Lage konnte den Preis etwas rechtfertigen. Die Damen an der Reception haben meine Reklamationen zumindest professionell und freundlich entgegengenommen.😉
