Pros:

Le personnel est tres accueillant, l'emplacement est idéal (sauf pour le parking ...), les chambres sont climatisées et possedent une excellente isolation phonique (testée la nuit de la fête de la musique 🎶).

Cons:

L'absence de parking dédié à l'hôtel...

Avec le salon nautique, et la préparation des Francofolies, 2 parkings à proximité de l'hôtel étaient fermés...
Nous nous sommes rabattus sur le Parking Vieux Port Sud, plus éloigné, mais accessible à pied par le "passeur" qui nous permet de traverser le port.

Spacious room and good soundproofing- unless music actually being played outside window, could not hear.
Water fountain was invaluable during heatwave.

Point de départ parfait pour découvrir La Rochelle
Pros:

Personnel serviable, accueillant et souriant pour cet établissement idéalement situé, car il est à la fois proche du centre-ville, du port et des restaurants.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement

Cons:

Accueil à revoir (notamment le checkout), parties communes en mauvais état (moquettes tachées), la propreté de la chambre est à revoir. Je ne trouve pas que cela soit digne d’un quatre étoile.
Ménage est à revoir.
La chambre a besoin de travaux de rafraîchissement et de remise en état.
Je suis globalement déçue de l’hôtel.

Gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage mitten in Restaurants

Cons:

Keine Parkplätze - nicht mal zum Gepäck abladen. Wenn noch dazu ein Festival, ist heißt das die Koffer 1,5 km tragen.

Pros:

Superbe emplacement, bon petit déjeuner, décoration soignée. Nous pouvions loger à 3 avec notre fille adoslecente dans la chambre.

Cons:

Nous étions dans une chambre biscornu avec fenêtre opalescentes. Le prix est très élevé.
