Lovely hotel
Pros:

Me and my fiancé went here for 5 days, staff were incredibly helpful, especially one man on reception not sure of his name but he helped us a lot during our stay with taxis and information etc. The hotel its self is lovely, very boho minimalistic style. We upgraded when we arrived from standard to deluxe room to have sun loungers on the balcony for extra €100 for 5 nights which we thought was really good! We did bed and breakfast and had lots of choice each morning, seating wasn’t the best as there seemed there wasn’t enough seats for the amount of guests but we went about 9:45 each morning and it was better than 9am. The pool is lovely however it is quite shaded by trees and other hotels, there are some sun beds in the sun but a lot in the shade, always sunbeds by the pool no need to reserve. It’s about a 5 minute walk from La playa de Poniente beach. There loads of supermarkets (gifts shops, food, snacks, drinks etc) near the hotel within a 2-5 minute walk, we had a taxi from the hotel to the strip one night which was €8 and took about 10 minutes. Everything is walkable or a short taxi ride away.

Beautiful decor inside the hotel, chic and welcoming.
Room was lovely, bed comfortable. Exceptionally clean throughout. Breakfast buffet was excellent...5 star!

A perfect hotel
Pros:

Our first time in Benidorm and could not have chosen a more perfect hotel. The location was great. The hotel and room were spotless. Staff and food fantastic. A plus for us was the quietness off the room at night. Everything just perfect. Will definitely be back.

Very pleasant 5 day break in charming hotel
Pros:

Although not on the sea front - very close so good location and good base to visit the old town and poniente beach
had breakfast and dinner every day - variety and quality of food for both meals was excellent - dinner at 25 euros was great value
Very clean room and hotel in general
Pool area very pretty and charming
Found all the staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Bedroom was on the small side

Preferred division in bed to create two beds

Toilet very small and I didnt like the wash hand basis in the main bedroom area

Uno de los mejores alojamientos de Benidorm.
Pros:

El desayuno es espectacular, muy buena calidad, muchos productos organicos. Limpieza espectacular, la chica nos dejo un detalle después de limpiar la habitación.. El trato del personal fantastico. Han mejorado mucho sus servicios.

Tener un microhondas en la habitacion seria idea, y la bañera que no cerraba bien y se salia el agua al ducharme.

Wir konnten unseren Hund mit ins Restaurant nehmen. Er kostete 30 Euro pro Tag. ALLES Bestens. Das Hotel ist nah an der Altstadt und nah an der Promenade. Das Parkhaus direkt am Hotel gegen Bezshlung.

Easter in Benidorm
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Multi nationality hotel a good mix of Spanish and British. We stayed half board and is worth booking in advance. The pool has cushioned sunbeds and trees plus shaded seating area. Rooms comfortable and good quality bedding and pillows. Ceiling fan and air conditioning tha actually came on unlike other hotels in Benidorm. Drinks reasonable priced, branded spirits and good quality wines

Escapada Pascuas
Pros:

Las habitaciones más caras resultan confortables y tranquilas. Las camas y las almohadas necesitan una revisión.

Cons:

La habitación tenía una terraza grande casi sin inmobiliario y el que había resultaba incómodo con unas sillas metálicas sin cojines y un taburete pequeño como mesa. Un día se olvidaron de la limpieza y tuvimos que avisar. Una de las noches la cena resultó deprimente, en la zona de la plancha se servía un bacalao duro y el sushi no se podía comer. La calidad inicial de la comida ha bajado mucho en este Hotel, también en los postres al menos desde su inauguración. Un Hotel moderno de cuatro estrellas como este debería de climatizar la piscina descubierta en condiciones, carece de spa y tener un gimnasio en condiciones.

Stunning
Pros:

Just returned home from a 4 night Easter break. This hotel is stunning, the decor is classy and the rooms are great. The pool area is beautiful, nothing like your average hotel. 5 minutes easy walk from the beach, 10 minutes to the hustle and bustle of the old town shops and restaurants. Even the crazy strip is only 20 minutes easy walking. This will be a regular hotel for us to visit, we’re already looking at October to return. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Stylish with a great location!

This trip was my Birthday Present for my partners 40th and I couldn’t have wished for a better stay.
It was stylish, clean, the staff were amazing and the food was great with plenty of choice. They even offered a cheeky Prosecco with your breakfast!
We were early to check in but, that wasn’t a problem as the receptionist was able to store our bags in a safe place so we could go and grab some lunch and head back when the room was ready. The room was lovely and had everything you needed. I’ve never slept as good on holiday as I did here! The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed numerous yummy cocktails whilst having a day by the pool and the waiter was kind enough to bring them to us when they were ready.
We loved the outside space as it was full of greenery and you’d never have thought you were in the middle of a built up area in Benidorm. We especially liked the music that was playing softly in the background.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Only a 10 minute stroll and you’re on the beach front with plenty of shops and restaurants.
We were lucky going at this time of year as the hotel wasn’t that busy which meant it was peaceful and quiet but I imagine it gets busier when the weather improves.
We will definitely be re visiting and will highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family. We can’t wait to return soon.
