Very Poor Customer Care

Satisfactory location

Cons:

Expensive, overrated and very noisy! We are senior citizens and due to illness had to attend hospital and cut short our stay and return home early. The hotel management's attitude was 'couldn't care less' which felt like a punch in the stomach, adding more stress to an already very traumatic situation.
Very, very poor customer care indeed!!
We definitely will never return to this hotel again!

Wonderful, relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Will most definately return.
Pros:

I loved the sky room with the beds on the terrace. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous as I had read reviews about the hotel being near a rough area to walk into the old town, this was not the case, there were roadworks, totally beyong the hotel's control.

Cons:

Just a few things I would change, there was no front facing vanity mirror for hair and makeup, only one in the toilet and on the cupboard doors above the sink, not ideal for styling hair. I would also suggest a table big enough for the tea and coffee facilities as these were in a cupboard and whilst the units above the sink were very tall, they lacked shelving.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location and food good.
Pros:

10 min walk to Old Town , so good location. Parking. Comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast and dinner was good and varied. Pleasant staff.

Cons:

First day music too loud around pool, had to close balcony door to hear TV news. Too much greenery, leaves kept dropping and birds doing what they do ! Balcony chairs comfortable . Overwhelming scent in some areas of hotel . Would prefer more private bathroom .

Estupendo pero mejorable.
Pros:

El personal en general son muy atentos y agradables.
Gracias especialmente a los camareros, wanderson, Isabel y Jose que son encantadores.
La limpieza es muy buena, huele a desinfección.
Nos sentimos muy agusto.

Cons:

La piscina en la web pone que está climatizada en octubre y marzo y no fue así.
Fuimos en Abril y no estaba funcionando y cogimos ese hotel precisamente por la piscina climatizada.
En el Gym no había productos para desinfectar las máquinas después de su uso.
La habitación standard muy básica para el precio que tiene y ser un hotel de 4 estrellas no hay ni un cajón, todo son baldas y una barra que hace de armario.
