Booked this hotel for 5 nights over Christmas because I like the area,I was not sure what to except after I read the reviews I was greeted by brother and sister who run it and a younger sister who was visiting , I checked in and paid a 50€ deposit which surprised me as I’m in my 60’s I was told a few rules but when I thought about them they are not rules really only what you would expect in your own home my case was taken to my room which was basic but had all you needed for a comfortable stay,I didn’t need my room made up every day, there is a a key for room which you leave at reception it did not matter what time I came back or went out there was always someone there to chat and make sure everything was ok I came back early ish a couple of nights where you can get a drink in the residents bar where there was another person on their own so I sat and chatted for a while along with the owners which was nice I think they should make it a public bar I will be calling in next time I’m in Benidorm hopefully for a drink, don’t hesitate to book this hotel there was no problem getting my deposit back and they said they didn’t need to check my room.

Excellent value will be returning, had everything I needed.
Pros:

Welcoming from the start, helpful and accommodating, situated in the Old Town, if you want a no frills accommodation in Benidorm look no further.

Cons:

If you expect a pool and a 24 hour bar you will be disappointed, but for me that wasn’t a problem.
