En general me ha decepcionado mucho

Cons:

El hotel no tenía ascensor, el aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido y era imposible tenerlo puesto y el desayuno horrible. Poquísima variedad y muy poca calidad

La chambre

Cons:

L'établissement indique en gros "chambres climatisées", ce qui était important pour nous.
Il faut parcourir plusieurs pages d'information pour découvrir que "l'établissement n'est pas muni d'ascenceurs", ce qui était également important pour nous.
Cela me semble d'une honneté douteuse.

Le stanze sono di fronte alla reception e alla sala colazione, cosa non specificata da nessuna parte, la stanza singola era priva di porta e il bagno non era pulito, la ragazza della reception non si è comportata all’altezza, l’unica cosa che sapeva dire era che era così. Abbiamo contattato l’assistenza di booking per avere un aiuto ma è stato inutile, l’unica cosa che hanno fatto è una segnalazione, e ci hanno consigliato di sentire direttamente la struttura. Bastava poco

Vraiment vraiment mitigé. Ça a laissé une tache à notre voyage

Cons:

La propreté laisse vraiment a désirer.
En dessous des lits: pleins de poussières, mouchoir usagé et une fourchette en bois a jeter (déjà utilisée) qui y traînaient. C est gros quand même si quelqu'un était passé pour le ménage.
Ps: on nous a même pas proposé le wifi
La salle de bain sentait mauvais dès qu'on ouvrait la porte le matin
J'ai eu de sérieux doute si le linge de lit avait été réellement changé avant notre arrivée...
Drap Housse en bataille quand on a soulevé la couette.
Clim très bruyante.
Lavabo qui se bouche quand on met a peine le robinet et de la saleté qui remonte 🤢
On a dû payer un supplément pour avoir le parking et pouvoir recharger la voiture (ce qui est normal a premier abord) sauf si la borne a fonctionnée au moment où on a brancher et 0 le matin..on a fait la remarque avant de partir bien sûre mais 0 geste bien sûre! Je ne vous parle même pas de l'état de l'endroit où etait garée la voiture vers l'escalier qui mène a l'hôtel...

Le lit était confortable.

La clim était trop forte et non réglable, orienté sur nous donc très désagréable.
Salle de bain très limite en termes de propreté (poils dans la douche)

Arrivée à n importe quelle heure possible. Literie super confortable et agréable. Chambre et surtout salle de bain propre

Cons:

On nous a annoncé que le veilleur de nuit nous accompagnerait de l hotel principal à l hotel accès, ce ne fut pas le cas
