J'ai été réveillée très tôt par ce bruit grinçant
Hôtel très bien placé à 5 minutes à pied de la Gare de Lyon. La situation géographique s’est idéale pour circuler en métro. La station est à 5 minutes à pied. Le quartier est très calme et nous avons très bien dormi. Le literie au top. Comme je souffre du dos, je suis sensible à une bonne literie et cela est le cas. La chambre a été faite tous les jours et les serviettes changées tous les jours. Cela est très appréciable. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Pour finir le petit déjeuner est copieux avec du sucré et du salé.

Росташування - дуже вдале, 5 хвилин від метро та РЕР. Чистота, затишок, привітний персонал, зручне ліжко, кондиціонер. Кімната маленька, але є все необхідне.
Сніданок так собі, на трієчку с плюсом. Невеликій вибір. Але все свіже. Голодним не залишишся.

The room was dirty and small. But the main issue was the guy working at the front desk. He was so rude. I have never experienced such bad customer service.
