La limpieza, las camas, las instalaciones, la zona en un entorno comercial y justo a la salida de la autopista.

Changement pour le chambre numéro 30 : pas de climatisation (plus 30 degrés en extérieur)
Changement pour la chambre numéro 27 : correcte mais le bruit des voitures de la rocade proche omniprésente
La réceptionniste était très désagréable et a refusé de constater nos dires tout en contestant notre constat.

Si nous n’avions pas réglé en avance nous serions parti dès la première constatation…
Nous serions en droit de demander une indemnisation pour être traités de la sorte…
J’attends une réponse de Bestwestern, faute de quoi nous ne retournerons plus jamais chez cette chaîne que nous connaissons par ailleurs depuis des années…

grande piscine que pour nous , le confort . la gentillesse du personnel . le restaurant était fermé à cause du 14 juillet, mais nous avons pris à emporter et pu visionner le match des bleus avec les
employés dans une super ambiance. nous reviendrons .

hotel trés confortable qui correspondait à ce que j'attendais.
Le plus était la piscine bien agréable par ces chaleurs.
Le seul petit bémol ,c'était que le restaurant était fermé le week-end...Mais nous en avons trouvé tout autour donc ce n'était pas un problème.
Le personnel est trés sympa et accueillant.

It was easy to find from the Bordeaux ring road, and handy for the airport, which was why we were there.
There was a pool, which was good on a hot day, and a restaurant, which saved us going out.
The staff were friendly when we arrived.
The pool didn't have enough chairs or loungers or even a place to put our towels - it was a shame, because it could have been a really nice facility.
The advert on booking.com says there are dressing gowns available but there weren't any, even after we asked.
The waiter in the restaurant refused to give us a wine menu and insisted that we could only have a bottle of Bordeaux, which I found a bit bizarre, and he didn't tell us the price of the wine in advance. The food was all right, but nothing special.

It was fun to stay here. Garden view is worth the extra cost considering the rather commercial and industrial setting of this charming hotel.
An elevator would be nice, but this time I got to stay on the bottom floor. No issue. Also the staff is usually very kind and helpful.
