La gentillesse, le professionnalisme de notre hôtesse d'accueil. Une réservation de dernière minute et pourtant notre hôtesse a su nous recevoir et s'organiser pour que notre séjour se passe dans de bonnes conditions.

Je n'ai pas de commentaire à faire, l'accueil, le service, on été à la hauteur de l'enseigne de l'hôtel.

Do pequeno almoço em relação preço e o que tinha é um exagero de todos que já experimentei foi o mais fraquinho pouca variedade , a casa de banho ( sanita ) deixou de funcionar ficamos sem água na sanita , sempre a deitar , o duche estava todo estalado , se não tivesse cuidado cortava um pé , ou a criança se tinha magoado , as toalhas ( teve de se por duas no chão porque a água saía ) foram ao quarto em vez de por toalhas novas , apanhar as do chão e dobraram novamente para uso . Super desiludida . Durante a segunda noite não se dormi-o com o barulho de algo a bater não sabíamos o que era mas de manhã vimos é um porão aberto

Je pensais qu'il devrait avoir un accès au micro-ondes au public( surtout quand tu fais une semaine à l'hôtel)ça sera plus simple au lieu de demander à chaque fois à une personnel de chauffe les assiettes! Il faudra vérifier la fonctionnalité des mini bar! A par ça tout était parfait

L'amabilité du personnel, la propreté de la chambre, le petit déjeuner ridicule, et surtout le fait de ne même pas avoir prévu un petit déjeuner sans gluten en l'ayant signalé en amont. Aucune volonté de faire un effort pour trouver au moins du pain. Même dans un formule 1 ce n'est pas un problème.
Pas de parking, uniquement un payant non précisé dans l'annonce.
