Piaciuta molto la posizione della struttura vicino ai servizi, receptionist molto cordiale e disponibile ha spiegato tutto senza tralasciare nulla,ottima la parte della colazione mista e ben fornita tutto molto buono. Convenzione con il parcheggio ottima.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta molto la pulizia perché abbiamo trovato dei capelli a terra ed anche un capello sul cuscino, presenza di muffa nella stanza sopra la doccia, e crepe nella parte interna della stanza vicino alla porta d'ingresso ed abbastanza visibili

Pros:

Avevamo pagato la permanenza in anticipo, tuttavia uno degli ospiti due giorni prima del soggiorno è stato ricoverato in ospedale e ha subito un’operazione, abbiamo chiesto alla struttura di rimborsarci o almeno di spostare le date, ma hanno categoricamente rifiutato più volte, anche dopo aver presentato il certificato di ricovero, senza dimostrare un minimo di umanità.

praticamente tutto, ci siamo trovati benissimo, il personale molto gentile e posizione della struttura praticamente a 10 mt del posizionamento dei bus per marina di vico.

Cons:

la colazione ottima, ma potrebbe migliorare il termini di torte selezionate.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato, purtroppo per troppo poco tempo, a Villa Carol a Castellabate, ma è bastato per innamorarci di questo posto!
Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con gentilezza, educazione e grande disponibilità. La suite è semplicemente meravigliosa: elegante, impeccabile e curata in ogni dettaglio.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la colazione presso il bar convenzionato, un piacevole modo per iniziare la giornata.
Peccato essere rimasti così poco, perché saremmo volentieri rimasti più a lungo! Un posto che consigliamo con il cuore e in cui torneremo sicuramente. ❤️

Lovely hotel. The steep walk to the hotel was difficult in the heat, and there wasn’t much to do nearby.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was also nice and comfortable. Just be aware that there isn’t a huge amount to do in Vico Equense, and the walk to and from the hotel is quite steep to beach , especially in the heat. Overall, we had a lovely stay.
