Buen trato del personal. No es un 4 estrellas.
Pros:

Buena ubicación y muy buen aparcamiento. Está a cinco minutos a pie. Lugar silencioso y tranquilo y muy cerca de un centro comercial por si necesitas algo.
Habitación amplia y bonita. El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable.

Cons:

Desayuno escaso y muy mediocre para un hotel de 4 estrellas; dulce escaso y salado a veces inexistente.
Hay que tener en cuenta que los fines de semana no hay servicio de habitaciones, entendido como limpieza, o cambio de toallas (aunque si las pides, te las dan)
Tuvimos dos habitaciones y en una no funcionaba el aire acondicionado.

Hotel je situovaný v peknej, pokojnej, príjemnej, tichej lokalite. Určite služby rady využijeme aj v budúcnosti.

Hotel, ve kterém máte vše, co potřebujete
Pros:

Velice příjemný, čistý hotel. Mimořádně pozorný personál. Velice solidní snídaně s širokou nabídkou pokrmů. Prostorné pokoje, dobře odhlučněné, velmi pohodlné a široké postele. A v pokoji je během zimního období opravdu teplo, které si můžete regulovat přímo na radiátoru - tepelný komfort je něco, co v západních zemích již skoro neexistuje, ve většině hotelů např. v Německu je opravdu zima., protože mají systémově omezenou teplotu na klimatizaci. Velice rád se do Impiq hotelu zase vrátím, protože vše výše uvedené máte navíc za velice solidní cenu.
