Spa was amazing
Room was average, didn't liked bathroom, very very small shower
Definitivamente lo mejor fue el desayuno y el circuito de spa. El desayuno es muy completo, rico y con muchas alternativas. El spa cumple superbién: cuenta con piscina, tres tipos de saunas y un gran jacuzzi. Además, tienen un pequeño bar dentro de esta área donde puedes tomarte una bebida y disfrutar el momento. Un gran plus es que el acceso no está limitado a dos horas al día.
La atención del personal fue pésima de principio a fin. Al reservar mencioné nuestro aniversario solicitando algún detalle sencillo y la primera respuesta fue que debía pagarse, igual que con el late check-out (7 € por hora extra). Al llegar no tuvieron ni el más mínimo detalle: ni un mensaje, ni una nota de felicitación, nada. Durante toda la estancia el trato fue apático y sin una sola sonrisa. En el desayuno, mientras aún comía, un personal vino a quitarme el plato con comida sin preguntar y me hizo un gesto desagradable cuando le dije que no había terminado. Además, el nivel de inglés del personal era casi nulo o sumamente básico.
La habitación asignada fue muy básica, con vista al estacionamiento interno. La limpieza dejó mucho que desear: el inodoro estaba sucio, la ducha tenía sarro y había arañas en el techo (tuve que matar una enorme). Prometen artículos de aseo personal, pero solo hay un dispensador recargable de champú. Tampoco hay frigorífico ni te ofrecen botellas de agua. Nos fuimos profundamente desilusionados del servicio.

Breakfast was great, savoury, sweet, hot and cold options. The staff at the reception was very nice. The location is so beautiful with the sea, nature and the castle. You can walk around or just sit and admire the surroundings. You can rent a bike. I had a very nice massage in the wellness part by Krete. The spa is great, especially after the rainy, cold day. Few different spas to choose from with different temperatures..
I wish the hotel restaurant was less fancy with bigger portions but there are plenty of great restaurants nearby.
I really liked that they were ok to put extra bed in a room. Also the spa was great according to my parents since I myself skipped that part. Also breakfast was really good.
I wish they have had a better parking possibilities for bikes since i travelled with a bike and felt unsecure of its safety.

Baseinā varēja būt siltāks ūdens.
Meeldis vaikus, puhtus, ilusalt kujundatud ruumid ja mugavus. Hommikusöök oli rikkalik.
Ei saanud aru vannitoa seinal asetsenud metalltoru soojenemise süsteemist :) Vahepeal oli soe, aga enamuse ajast mitte.

Die Zimmer mit Blick auf die See sind sehr schön gewesen. Ich würde sehr diese Zimmer empfehlen!
