Breakfast was not included staff said because it was booked through booking.com, booked 2 rooms for 2 nights.(3 persons)

Pros:

The hotel is a few blocks walking distance to Gallerias Mall. There are a lot of dental, medical, radiological, and related facilities nearby, including a medical diagnostic center. There is also a nearby Super Selectos grocery store, a Wendy's, a 24/7 gas station with food, there is a Cebollinas, there are a number of dining places inside the Mall, as well as clothes stores, pharmacies, and a cinema. The turnaround time for getting clothes cleaned and returned is pretty fast. Droo the clothes at the counter in the evening and they are about ready in the mid- morning.

Cons:

The room lacks a small refrigerator. If you enjoy jello, Danny produces a jello that doesn't require refrigeration. Otherwise, everything is going to be room temperature. Some places deliver food via Uber eats. There is also a restaurant on the premises.

La amabilidad del personal por la mañana.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no son lo que aparece en las fotos, el estado del baño era horrible, no funcionaban los enchufes de toda la habitación; precio exagerado para lo que ofrecen...
El hombre que nos atendió por la noche fue lamentable, grosero y nos invitó irnos únicamente por pedirle una factura; amenazándonos con que se cobraría el importe igualmente.

Every visit I make to ES (3 so far) I choose to stay at the Morrison hotel. It's close to shopping, restaurants and within walking distance to whatever needs one may have (dentist, optometrist, pharmacy, etc).
The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and ready to assist their guests with whatever needs they may have. They have a restaurant on the premises and although their menu is limited, the food is delicious with a fantastic presentation.
I can't thank and compliment the hotel staff enough for their service and wonderful attitudes.
I'll continue to be a guest there in all future visits.

Pros:

I have traveled around the work to me the priority is a great sleep.
Ac/ Bed/ pillows/ sheets/ covers duvet slightly heavy style are a most.!!!!
This place accomplished all that.
Clean no weird smells.
The only thing i would Suggest is more charging outlets
