We were satisfied thanks to the staff.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful when we told them about all the problems we had discovered in the House with 3 bedrooms that we had booked through Booking.com. They gave us two cabins instead that were wonderful compared with the House with 3 bedrooms.
The cleaning was excellent all over.

Cons:

Booking.com gave us a house with 3 bedrooms where the third bedroom was in a cabin next door and without a key for the door and without any kind of curtains for the windows.
The TV did not work properly. The main water valve in the bathroom was leaking. When filling the sink in the bathroom with water and emptying it the water came up in the drain in the shower.
In one of the bedrooms the bed was a wall to wall bed where you had to open the door to get out of bed.
Missing instructions of how to use the different equipment in the house.
The cost of this house is too high compare to the generally low standard.

Dejligt område. Fint med pool i midten.

Cons:

Ejeren af stedet er ikke serviceminded og vil ikke høre på gæster der har indsigelser. Vi pointerede venligt mange gange at der manglede varme og gardiner på værelset. Det blev ordnet med lidt pap og el varmer. Men hun var mærkbart irriteret på os.

We discovered that the description of the room was not correct upon arrival. It felt like the whole area needed some freshen up.

Catastrophic management.
Pros:

The location is in a nice area.

Cons:

The facilities are in a terrible state, with countless items broken or out of service. The staff are left to face angry and frustrated customers every day because management has completely failed to maintain the property.

Die Lage der Holzhütte. Der Südstrand und Lakolk. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie im Hafen. Wir konnten ohne Probleme eine Nacht verlängern.

Cons:

Duschhängearmatur defekt. Keine Funktion vom Wasserkocher. Ab und zu hatten wir einen penetranten Piepton von der Wasserleitung im Bad. Fenster sind zum Teil verzogen und daher nur schwer zu schließen.

Cons:

Hytten var meget slidt. Køleskab så gammelt og grimt uden på at vi på ingen måden ville åbne det. Terrassen var med rådne brædder og flækket, fyldt med splinter.
Døre der var så skæve at de gav sig høj lyt ved brug. Kogeplade og ovn var simpelthen for ringe.
Gamle beskidte sofa man ikke havde lyst til at sidde i uden eget underlag.
Oplevede at der ikke var kyndig personale ved islænder centeret. De havde ikke styr på det.

War nicht sauber , alles voller Ameisen. Keine Handtücher, keinen Hinweis das man welche ausleihen kann. Auch kein Hinweis das im Restaurant nur Fisch gibt .
