אפשרות לבחור בין 3 מקומות לארוחת בוקר.

המיטה מעל מדרגה שהיא מאוד לא בטיחותית וזה לא צויין בתמונה. המקלחת מוקפת בקירות שקופות (גם לא רואים בתמונות.

אנה המעסה הייתה מהממת והעיסוי היה מדהים, בחדר נעים ומושלם
בהחלט נחזור שוב 🌸

היו פינות עם אבק, גם למשל במסילות של החלונות, והשיפוצים בקפה ליד קצת הפריעו לנו
לא ידענו שאין מעלית וזה היה קצת בעייתי עם תינוק והורים פצועים, אבל אלכס עזר לנו והסתדרנו

היה ממש נחמד, מאוד נהנינו מהמלון.

מאוד אהבתי את הגודל של החדר, את זה שיש מרפסות, את הפינת הקפה החביבה והמיטות היו סופר נוחות ונעימות, וגם הזרם במקלחת היה מושלם.

Cons:

המקלחות וגם השירותים הם בתוך חלל שקוף, זה קצת הפריע. במיוחד הקטע שרואים אותך שאתה בשירותים. וגם המרפסת בעצם פונה לרחוב בצורה שאם החלונות פתוחים כולם יכולים לראות אותך מהרחוב וזה גם היה פחות מגניב.

Bad experience
Pros:

The only good thing was the location

Cons:

The unicorn room interior was nice but that was the only positive thing.
The issues started with not being able to use our safe it was locked so we were asked to use the other one ,the problem was that the safe was not secured to the wall or anything else , it wasn’t safe to use also it wasn’t easy to open with the key they provided.
They suggested giving them our stuff to secure which we didn’t like.
In addition the water from the shower leaked in to the room and flooded the floor , we had to throw all our towels on it , after that experience we demanded that they move us to a different room which they did but unfortunately we didn’t have hot water so could not shower there as well.
The all ordeal was very unpleasant and upsetting.
The next morning they asked us to move to a different hotel where they secured a room for us.
once again we packed our stuff and moved for the third time .
The room was ok, thin walls could hear the noises from the next room .
Wasn’t a good experience very disappointing.
We did ask for a refund for the first night after having all the issues we experienced, they refused .
For us this is not a respectable establishment we will never go back.

התארחנו במלון בחיפה, ממש בלב העיר – מיקום מושלם. הגנים הבהאיים, המסעדות הכי טובות, הטיולים והאטרקציות – הכל נגיש ברגל, וזה יתרון ענק.
מאחורי המלון יש חניון גדול, מה שמאוד משמעותי בחיפה והפך את השהות להרבה יותר נוחה.
החדרים גדולים, מפנקים ומאובזרים ברמה גבוהה, עם פינוקים שלא מובנים מאליהם: שוקולדים בחדר, מכונת קפה של נספרסו, חלוקים ועוד פרטים קטנים שמרגישים כמו מלון יוקרתי אמיתי.
אנחנו היינו בקומה הראשונה במלון בנוי כטרסות קטנות – וזה היה פינוק בפני עצמו.
המלון נקי מאוד, מאובזר עד הפרט האחרון, והאווירה הכללית היא של מלון איכותי, מוקפד ומפנק במיוחד. חוויה מצוינת ומומלצת מאוד.
