Cons:

Starke Flecken auf dem Teppich, Schimmel im Bad, kaum was am Frühstücksbuffet, nicht einmal Tomaten (in Italien?) und generell alles sehr runtergekommen.

Excellent location close to the lake front and the trai station. Great room size with good views but without the noise. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also has a restaurant/pizzeria that offers a discount to its guests. Would highly recommend!!
