Pros:

Si me gustó bien ubicado, la gente del hotel muy educada y atenta

Cons:

Deberían promocionar más su propio bar siempre estaba medio apagado, también deberían reformar los baños y cambiar los colchones que paran un poco duros.

Excellently situated and clean, right on the lake with all the restaurants, spacious rooms, pretty close to Malpensa

Cons:

No coffee and water cooker in the rooms, pretty noisy (we did have the windows open at night) and the airco worked poorly

The perfectly located hotel thanks to that it is very close to the most strategic points on the map. Very clean hotel with very kind and helpful staff.

The lack of iron for ironing despite that in the room description ensured us of iron accessibility. Too little shower space.

Comodità e ospitalità eccellenti
Pros:

Struttura pulita, elegante e con tutto l’occorrente. Ogni singola persona che ci lavora è cordiale, ospitale e pronta a rispondere alle esigenze del cliente. Colazione super varia e super buona. Posizione ottimale sia per visitare Arona, sia per prendere battelli o treni vari e spostarsi a visitare!

Hotel in posizione centrale, vicinissimo alla stazione, all'imbarcadero, nonché al magnifico centro di Arona e al lungolago.
