Pros:

Hotel duży, przestronny. Personel zawsze chętny do pomocy, miły i uśmiechnięty. Pokoje czyste, śniadania różnorodne.

Cons:

W łazience umieszczenie dozownika do płynu pod prysznicem kolidowało z otwarciem drzwi kabiny i wejściem . Trzeba było dobrze wciągnąć brzuch :) system włączający i wyłączający oświetlenie w pokoju ciut niewygodny i zajmuje chwilę żeby rozpracować który przycisk do czego . Brak gniazdek przy łóżku 🤨jedyne gniazdko, to dołączona kostka na biurku. Podczas wyjazdu z parkingu pomimo opłacenia i potwierdzenia w recepcji, trzykrotnie musiałam wracać do hotelu aby obsługa mogła nam otworzyć szlaban.

Przyjazna atmosfera, poczucie bezpieczeństwa, komfortowy pokój z widokiem na Wisłę (ale na specjalne życzenie)

Cons:

W niedzielę restaurację zamknięto o 18.00, to duża i nieprzyjemna niespodzianka. Śniadanie, chociaż poprawne, jest wydawane do 10.00, moim zdaniem powinno być do 11.00.

cenię sobie położenie hotelu w samym centrum, a jednak wokoło jest cisza

Śniadania były niczym nie odbiegające od innych tego typu hoteli, pyszne. Dużym plusem była bezpłatna dostępność kawy, herbaty i wody na holu hotelu przez cały dzień, nigdzie się z tym nie spotkałam, byłam mile zaskoczona. Obsługa miła, parking pod hotelem

Cons:

Wymiany wymagają fotele z jasnego skaju, które swoją młodość już mają za sobą, skaj się kruszy i brzydko wygląda. Sprzątanie polegało na wymianie ręczników i opróżnieniu koszy na śmieci. Okruszki z foteli ze skaju towarzyszyły nam przez 4 dni na wykładzinie. Pościel też nie była zmieniana

Jestem zadowolona chociaż nie bardzo się wyspałam ale mimo wszystko odpoczęłam

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo fajna, taras z widokiem na Wisłę super.

Cons:

Mało funkcjonalne kontakty zapalające światło.
Drzwi szklane przesuwane w łazience niestety porażka, ciężko się przesuwały i były nieszczelne.
Drzwi łazienki powinny być normalnie zamykane.
