È sempre bello venire per le terme poi la camera è molto bellina il bagno con un ampia doccia.
La colazione è bella abbondante

Pros:

L'hotel è splendido inserito nella cornice delle montagne, accogliente, pulitissimo, arredato con cura e gusto. Stanze molto belle, comode e grandi, bagni in camera puliti e ben arredati. Frigobar fornito e macchinetta nespresso in camera. Colazione ottima e con un ricco buffet, cena alla carta con piatti molto buoni.
Le terme sono bellissime, sopratutto i percorsi esterni. Personale molto cortese e attento alle richieste del cliente.
Un esperienza che consiglio.

Terme, cibo (specialmente colazione), stanza, struttura stessa.

Cons:

L’accoglienza al nostro arrivo, persona molto apatica, scorbutica. Posteggi organizzati MALISSIMO per i clienti dell’hotel!! Ovvero durante il giorno fanno entrare milioni di persone, portando la conseguenza che i clienti dell’hotel non hanno possibilità di posteggiare! Inoltre; la mia ragazza faceva gli anni, sul sito dicevano che: proponevano sconti etc, alla reception la signora in accoglienza gli ha risposto in modo sgarbato “non faccio nulla, perché hai prenotato da Booking, senza neanche proporre qualcosa di “carino”.
