Loved it!
Pros:

Dimitrov was so incredibly helpful and kind — we enjoyed all of his suggestions and advice about how best to see Plovdiv. The traditional hand-painting in the hotel was a treat!

Pros:

The breakfast is very nice: handmade traditional Bulgarian breakfast. The location is exceptional: just at the entrance of the old city center. The receptionist cannot speak English but we managed to communicate with gestures and piece of paper.

Revival house, helpful owner & good breakfast
Pros:

Beautifully refurbished Revival house, clean, quiet and with a friendly and helpful owner, right on the edge of the Old town of Plovdiv. Also a different home cooked breakfast every morning. Oh, and two nice cats on the porch.

Pros:

绝佳的地理位置,就在老城保护区的入口旁边，有自己的停车位，但是要收费，服务很好，提供桶装水和瓶装水。非常适合傍晚在游客离开后入内游览，人去城空光线柔和，非常适合拍照。

I would not think of staying anywhere else if I return to Plovdiv.
Pros:

Everything truly was excellent. Large comfortable room with charm and character. Everything worked. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful.

Great location for travelers with cars.
Pros:

The location is perfect if you are driving to Plovdiv. It is on the edge of old town. The decor is charming as it’s been restored to look like a traditional Bulgarian home. The owner was great at welcoming us and giving us a quick overview of Plovdiv.
Message the owner ahead of time if you need a parking spot. He will help you find one nearby. It cost an extra 15 Bulgarian lev for one day.
There’s a butcher shop across the street and it was a great deal to get sausage and bread for a quick lunch.

Cons:

It’s a one night stay for us. We did not find anything that was an issue.
