Cons:

The room next to us had a beeping noise all night (I believe it was the safe), no one was in that room so we called reception to come and stop the beeping and they did nothing about it. We sent them videos of it going off all night, every 15 minutes for atleast 5 minutes. When we asked to be refunded for our stay all they said was we could have a late checkout of 11am and that was it.
