Wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, guter Kaffee, große Auswahl an Allem, toll präsentiert.
Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön. Obwohl das Hotel im Industriegebiet liegt, war es für uns, durch die tolle Anlage, wie in Italien.

Cons:

Man muss auch als Hotelgäste extra für den Pool und den Extra Wellnessbereich bezahlen.

Schöne Anlage

Cons:

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Villa Toskana. Dadurch war uns der Ablauf neu. Leider schien der Ablauf (Beispielsweise Abendessen, Wellness-Bereich) dem Personal auch nicht so geläufig. Wir haben uns nicht abgeholt gefühlt und mussten alles selber erfragen (außer beim Check In, der Mitarbeiter war super).
Die im Preis enthaltene Minibar leider sehr enttäuschend. Für 1 Person (enthalten war eine Coke, 1 Apfelsaft, eine Fassbrause, ein Bier und zweimal Wasser (Still und Medium)) sicher ausreichend aber für zwei Personen echt schwach. Bei dem Preis hätte man mit einer Weinflasche gerechnet.

Empfehlenswert zum Entspannen nach dem Heidelberg Besuch
Pros:

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne, ein sehr schönes gemütliches Hotel mit gutem Sauna Bereich, Fitnessbereich im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen. Den Infinitiv Pool und den oberen Saunabereich ( extra Gebühren) haben wir noch nicht ausprobiert. Sehr viel Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet , wir kommen gerne wieder 👍😄

Sehr freundlicher und gemütlicher Ort, das kulinarische Angebot und der Service am Abend (Restaurant) bitte noch optimie
Pros:

Angenehmes Angebot an Wellness und Kulinarik, viel Gemütlichkeit und angenehmes Ambiente. Die Nähe zum schönen Heidelberg ist auch hervorragend.

Cons:

Recht verwinkeltes, klein anmutendes Badezimmer.
Kaputte Glühbirne in der Nachttischlampe, leider schon zum zweiten Mal. Aber nach Info wurde diese sofort ausgetauscht.

Sehr verbesserungsbedürftig ist jedoch der Service im Hotelrestaurant. Da fehlte es leider merklich an Fachwissen (z.B. Weinempfehlung zum hochpreisigen Essen der Wahl) und auch an Aufmerksamkeit ob es noch Wünsche Nachbestellungen gibt.

Prima, maar restaurant kon beter.
Pros:

Zeer goed ontbijt, net personeel, leuke bar, prima kamer en nette badkamer.

Cons:

Het eten was niet echt Italiaans. Voorgerechten lekker. Hoofdgerecht koud, teruggestuurd en nieuw gekregen. Maar was niet heel erg goed.

Nicht die beste Wahl
Pros:

Das Einzelzimmer ist viel zu klein, die Fotos versprechen mehr. die Duschen sind altmodisch mit Stufe. Das kann man heute für diesen Preis nicht erwarte. Nach einer Beschwerde gab es ein größeres Zimmer, aber auch mit dem einachen Duscheintritt
