Sehr schöne Anlage

Tolle Zimmer

Cons:

Bad richt sehr muffig
Infinetypool minimum 4 stunden für 55 Euro
Finde ich sehr sehr viel wenn man nur das Bad und nicht den Wellnesbereich nutzen möchte
Müsste eine andere möglichkeit geben

Snyggt, modernt, gott men lite tråkigt läge
Pros:

Snyggt hotell med härligt spa och pool. Stort fint rum med AC och mycket god frukost.

Cons:

Hade fått 10/10 om det låg närmare Heidelberg och inte i ett industriområde.

Die Handtücher waren schmutzig. Bei Minibar mäßig gefüllt und alt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht.

At 40 degrees outside we were given a west facing apartment without AC that smelled like a bathroom drain, on a 3rd floor accessible only by an outside metal staircase. After bringing all our suitcases up ourselves and realising it’s impossible to sleep there I asked for a different apartment which they gave us and we had to take everything down again and move to a different building. It had an elevator but only two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the corridor, no AC in the living room and no AC in the second bedroom. The place also smelled like bathroom drain. We turned on the ACs and left for the event we were supposed to go, only when we came back in the middle of the night we realised the AC in the bedroom was not working and the one in the corridor couldn’t cool down anything besides the corridor. I slept on some duvets on the corridor floor and my husband slept on a beach lounger on the terrace. I’m so glad we changed plans last minute and didn’t take our young kids with us! That was the worst ever hotel stay especially for a price of almost 300€ a night
