Pros:

Super Anlage mit freundlichen Personal und super leckere Küche.
Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal hier und würden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Einzige kleine Anmerkung, wenn man am Freitag eincheckt, wird das Zimmer am Samstag nicht gereinigt (was auch nicht so schlimm ist) aber wenigstens den Mülleimer leeren wäre super

Bestes Hotel für Heidelberg
Pros:

Ich übernachte immer in diesem Hotel für Heidelberg Reisen. Der Zimmerpreis ist sehr unterschiedlich für die gleiche Kategorie. Bisher war booking oder Check24 immer günstiger, als im Hotel direkt zu buchen. Wundebares Frühstück. Super nettes Personal. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Die Sauna macht zu früh zu! 20:00 ist einfach nicht zeitgemäß. Wenigstens 21:00 vor allem am Wochenende muss machbar sein.

Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück, schöne geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation nicht optimal, Ruhebereich und Sauna etwas klein für das große Hotel (für Aufpreis gibt es einen größeren Wellnessbereich mit Pool)

Die Trennung der Spabereiche, ich habe über Booking ein Hotel mit Pool gebucht und durfte den Pool nicht mal ansehen, weil es ich weiß garnicht mehr mehr als 40 Euro gekostet hätte für 4 Stunden, aber wie soll man das als Geschäftsreisende/er hinkriegen wenn man erst abends ankommt und man darf dann nicht mal morgens für ne halbe Stunde schwimmen gehen… das war „kacke“

Pros:

Wir waren grundsätzlich mit allem sehr zufrieden. Sauberkeit ist erfüllt, Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer völlig komfortabel.

Cons:

Wir finden es nicht so optimal, das die Möglichkeit den Pool zu benutzen nur vor Ort mit Zuschlag buchbar ist, und es dann auch Glücksache ist, ob noch Platz vorhanden ist. Dies war bei der Buchung nicht deutlich genug erklärt.

War erholsam, das Spa ist ein Traum, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und das Bett war super bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war nicht sehr gut.
Wir waren etwas spät dran , 10.30 UHR:
die Brötchen waren teigig, schon lange gelegen, das Rührei war nicht frisch, sondern pampig und auch nicht aus frischen Eiern, der Orangensaft war billigste Qualität, auch der Aufschnittkäse und die Wurst waren keine gute Qualität. Schade, Ambiente schön, Personal super, aber das Essen nicht.
