Bett war gut, nicht durchgelegen. Zentral gelegen und ruhig.

Keine Klimaanlage, Übernachtung am heißesten Tag im Juni. Zimmer war nach hinten raus. Das Wasser war erst nach extrem langen ablaufen kalt. Langes schwarzes Haar im Handtuch.
Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden, da die Abluft von dem Döner Restaurant reinzog, sehr unangenehm! Im Badezimmer riecht es muffig.

Wir waren nur zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel, aber so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Die Sauberkeit war eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Böden waren schmutzig, überall war Staub und Dreck. Das Einzige, was sauber war, waren die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher. Alles andere war in einem Zustand, der einfach unzumutbar war.

Auch außerhalb des Hotels war es sehr unangenehm. Nachts war es extrem laut, es wurde geschrien und man fühlte sich überhaupt nicht sicher.

Das Schlimmste waren jedoch die Kakerlaken. Wir haben mehrere Kakerlaken im Zimmer gesehen. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel und aus hygienischer Sicht nicht hinnehmbar.

Wir wollten den Vorfall melden, aber leider war das nicht möglich. Das Zimmer musste bis 11:00 Uhr geräumt werden, das Personal erschien jedoch erst nach 11:00 Uhr. Somit hatten wir keine Möglichkeit, unsere Beschwerde persönlich vorzubringen.

Wir können dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen und werden ganz sicher nie wieder dort übernachten.

Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr höflich und freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch ein sehr gutes.

Cons:

Ich glaub aufgrund des Wetter, war es im Zimmer wie in einer Sauna und obwohl ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, war auch seine Kraft beschränkt.

Ingang zeer moeilijk te vinden, personeel aanwezig van 14.00 tot 21.30. Kamer moet schoner.

Ontbijt was prima, aardige mevrouw die hiervoor zorgde.

Zeer moeilijk te vinden. In de email geen informatie over wat je het beste kan doen bij aankomst.
Bij telefonisch contact spreek je met een AIrobot, deze geeft wel goede antwoorden.
Onduidelijkheid omtrent parkeren. s'Ochtends is er niemand aan de balie waardoor onduidelijkheid omtrent wat te doen met parkeerkaart/uitrijden. Uiteindelijk iemand van Wyndham gesproken, telefonisch. Deze gaf aan dat ik zonder problemen kon uitrijden wat dus niet het geval bleek, waardoor ik terug moest terwijl er al weer een auto achter me stond. Uiteindelijk gewoon met parkeerkaart betaald bij de kassaautomaat, 11 euro. Nespressoapparaat werkte voor geen meter en gordijnen waren slecht opgehangen omdat haken ontbraken. Kamer moet schoner, vooral onder het bed en in de hoeken. Positief was dat er een ventilator was, gezien de warmte onmisbaar. Ontbijt is prima, aardige mevrouw. Heel dichtbij het centrum en verblijf is relatief goedkoop.
