Lage ganz gut. Wenn man noch in den EP Hotel Essen möchte super. Hintereingang vom EP nicht möglich zu benützen.

Cons:

WC war extrem hoch, warum auch immer. Bett ziemlich durchgelegen.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé pour se rendre à Europapark. Grande chambre familiale, propre. Place de parking juste devant l hôtel mais payante. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié.

The staff at the front desk. They were just here to give us and retrieve the keys and didn't explain anything unless we were asking. It made us feel we were forcing them to talk to us, at arrival and departure.

Cons:

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant malgré le fait qu’il soit indiqué comme accessible.

Aucune barre d’appui n’est mise en place au niveau du toilette et de la douche qui ne dispose, en plus, que d’un simple tabouret, donc très dangereux pour la sécurité.

À notre arrivée la première chambre ne permettait même pas d’accéder aux toilettes car l’espace entre la douche et le lavabo n’était que de 50cm, le fauteuil ne passait donc pas alors que mon conjoint est très fin, aucune solution n’a été trouvée pour cette première nuit, nous avons donc dû rester comme cela. La 2e chambre proposée le lendemain soir permettait au moins d’accéder aux toilettes mais n’avait toujours aucune barre d’appui.

Große Top Suite.
Top Ausstattung, ruhige Lage, nah zu europapark und rulantica, Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht.
Frühstuck war frisch, lecker und eine große Auswahl an Produkten.
Ich war rundum zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt und kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was comfortable, quiet, clean, and very pleasant. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the food was really good as well.

We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and truly enjoyed the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Les prix du restaurant sont chers.
Je n' ai pas aimé le parking j' ai payé 20€ pour les deux jours dont un jour où je n' ai pas pu me garer car plus de places disponibles.
J' ai été obligé de me garer à un endroit interdit ou j' ai risqué de prendre une amende ou pire encore j' ai eu de la chance.
J' ai eu froid dans la chambre on m'a dit de mettre des couvertures.
Je n' ai pas aimé l'emplacement de ma chambre il fallait ressortir pour y accéder.
La porte d entrée et fenêtre à l entrée n' avaient pas de store occultant ou de rideau on voyait la lumière extérieure clairer dans notre chambre.
Il y avait des toiles d araignées.
J' aurais souhaité utiliser le mini bar mais il était scellé avec aucune indication pour savoir comment l utiliser.
J' ai payé trop cher par rapport à ce qui était proposé.
Mon anglais étant limité j' ai essayé de me faire comprendre à l'aide de mon téléphone. La personne a manqué d empathie envers moi et je pense n' a pas solutionné mes problèmes.
