Pros:

Il ristorante offre piatti con porzioni abbondanti e buone ad un prezzo conveniente.
La posizione è comoda per raggiungere alcuni posti del lago e risparmiare.

Cons:

Premessa: nel sito il check in è dalle 15:00, io sono arrivata alle 14:50 e al ricevimento non c'era nessuno.. ho provato più volte a suonare il campanello e a chiamare il numero della struttura finché poi è arrivato un signore che ha ribadito che il check in iniziava dalle 15 ma comunque ci ha consegnato le chiavi senza un minimo di sorriso.. la camera non era per niente pulita. Nel balcone c'era il posacenere con sigarette di ospiti precedenti (abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e non sono mai state tolte), le lenzuola erano pessime! Si vedeva lo strato di polvere sopra e alcuni capelli, la notte volevamo coprirci e nel metterla sono usciti 3 insetti.. che orrore! La sera abbiamo deciso di andare a cena, tralasciando la mancanza totale di un sorriso da parte del personale.. abbiamo ordinato un tagliere, ci portano il cestino del pane e come prendiamo le prime due fette ci accorgiamo che c'erano delle formiche.. un incubo praticamente. La mattina seguente scendiamo a colazione e ci troviamo nel buffet le brioches Bauli nel sacchetto, la colomba di Pasqua, torte secchissime immangiabili.. lavoro nella ristorazione da anni ma una cosa così la trovo totalmente inaccettabile!

Accoglienti, gentili e disponibili. Struttura bella, ben posizionata, bella vista, hotel curato nei dettagli. Ottimo anche il ristorante, con una vasta scelta, servizio cortese e prezzi più che onesti.
