I would stay again, and i don't do that as a rule
Pros:

The location and just the extra care, the owner has been doing this a long time, its the little things like washing powder coffee different types, even eflish plug adapter, a great location so mush so that entertainment can been seen out of your window.
O was impressed.

Cons:

It was hard to get a good site down breakfast before 8am

Perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem außergewöhnlich ruhig in der Wohnung!
Sehr sauber und gemütlich.
Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!

In pieno centro
Pros:

Ottima la posizione, in pieno centro pedonale, appartamento spazioso, pulito e fornito di tutti i confort.
Pur avendo prenotato davvero all'ultimo minuto, Tiziano è stato molto gentile, ci ha subito contattati per consigliarci un comodo parcheggio nelle vicinanze e ci ha accompagnati alla struttura.
Sicuramente ci torneremo se dovessimo passate da quelle parti.

Tolle Unterkunft im Herzen von Desenzano
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum.
Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Restaurants und Cafes befinden sich direkt vor der Haustüre. Parken konnten wie für 15€ pro Tag in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus.
Tiziano hat tolle Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Comfortable, convenient location right in the middle of town.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, moments away from the harbour and a short walk from the train station. Our host Tiziano was friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The space was incredibly clean, and very comfortable for our stay, and we very much appreciated the recommendations and discounts arranged with local businesses.

Cons:

I can't think of anything, this was a perfect stay and if we were to go back to Desenzano I would certainly be hoping to stay here again. Well done to Tiziano and family!

Mold in the bathroom. We were charged a “early arrival “ fee of 30 euros. Nowhere is it stated there would be a fee( he required cash- no receipt given) for an arrival of 40 minutes before 3pm! He emailed my wife and told her to take out the garbage and do it in the next 30 minutes or so”we” would miss the pickup! The bedroom is on the upstairs,if you are over 6 feet you will bang your head against the ceiling.when we asked where to leave the key he said he would come and do an inspection before we could personally give him the key.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Flowers Apartments mit tollem Service und herzlichem Gastgeber
Pros:

Wir waren im Flowers Apartments und hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war super persönlich und unkompliziert – alles lief entspannt über WhatsApp.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber der Gastgeber Tiziano: Er war unglaublich aufmerksam, immer erreichbar und hat sich am ersten Abend sogar noch telefonisch gemeldet, um nachzufragen, ob alles passt.
Da wir uns im ursprünglich gebuchten Apartment zu dritt etwas beengt gefühlt haben, hat er uns direkt einen Wechsel in ein größeres Apartment mit Terrasse angeboten – ein wirklich toller Service! Das größere Apartment war sauber, großzügig und insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Wohnungen sind renoviert und optisch sehr schön.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: sehr zentral an der Piazza, aber durch die Ausrichtung nach hinten angenehm ruhig.
Außerdem hat uns Tiziano viele tolle Tipps für Märkte, Restaurants und Bars gegeben. Ein echtes Highlight war, dass er uns morgens sogar einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen vorbeigebracht hat – wir haben uns wirklich sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. ❤️

Cons:

Im ursprünglich gebuchten Apartment war es uns zu dritt etwas eng, zudem hat in einem Schlafzimmer Stauraum (Schrank/Regal) gefehlt.
Im größeren Apartment war zwar deutlich mehr Platz vorhanden, allerdings wirkte die Einrichtung an manchen Stellen noch etwas schlicht bzw. nicht ganz so gemütlich.
Ein Punkt, den man vorab besser klären sollte: Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass es einen Aufzug vom Erdgeschoss bis zur Wohnung gibt. Tatsächlich führte jedoch im zweiten Apartment eine steile Treppe zum 1.OG und erst dann ein Aufzug zum Apartment, was für meine ältere Mutter auf Dauer etwas beschwerlich war. Hier lohnt es sich aber, im Vorfeld das passende Apartment gezielt auszuwählen bzw mit Tiziano abzustimmen :-)

Pros:

The apartment is in an amazing location, right above restaurants and shops. It's a short walk to the ferry, making it the perfect base if you're planning to explore Lake Garda. It was so convenient to have a washer in our room, and the shower pressure was fantastic. Our host was so gracious and accommodating. We broke a large suitcase during our journey to the apartment, and he kindly disposed of it for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Appartamento molto grazioso spazioso non mancava nulla situato in una palazzina in centro comoda a tutto due passi dal porto oltretutto palazzina silenziosa.
Gentilissimo e disponibilissimo il Sig. Tiziano proprietario dello stabile che ringrazio e che sicuramente se mi troverò di nuovo a Desenzano alloggiato presso la sua struttura.
