Pros:

Cleanliness & room was cute

Cons:

Charger port for phone didn't work
Housekeeping staff was standoffish and rude the day of checkout. I paid an extra $50 because I was checking out late. She actually came back after I'd requested later checkout & been charged $50 for an extra hour, as I'm gathering my luggage to walk out, she said you need to leave already.

They didn't tell you about the deposit on booking.com they didn't have any contentment of water or breakfast they only had coffee they wanted you to buy frozen food the heat and microwave to eat for breakfast

Cons:

Checked in and couldn’t get keys because their card reader was down so we had to have the front desk receptionist escort us. Later that night we went down to the lobby to get a soft drink. We stood in the lobby to pay for a Pepsi for like 20 min and no one ever showed up to the front desk. There was some kind of construction going on in the building that seemed to go on all throughout the night. The elevator shaft would shake the entire building all throughout the night as well. The next morning I was looking for a hair dryer (there was none) and found someone’s left over fast food that was left in the safe.

The room ac wasn’t working right, grout in shower was gross, hair all over the floor, pubes in toilet on arrival.
