I liked the location of the hotel
I booked through a booking site and was up charged at the hotel by the desk clerk without being notified. The room has a weird smell and there was only one face towel in a double bed room
Checked in and couldn’t get keys because their card reader was down so we had to have the front desk receptionist escort us. Later that night we went down to the lobby to get a soft drink. We stood in the lobby to pay for a Pepsi for like 20 min and no one ever showed up to the front desk. There was some kind of construction going on in the building that seemed to go on all throughout the night. The elevator shaft would shake the entire building all throughout the night as well. The next morning I was looking for a hair dryer (there was none) and found someone’s left over fast food that was left in the safe.
The staff was friendly.
The room ac wasn’t working right, grout in shower was gross, hair all over the floor, pubes in toilet on arrival.
The staff was very friendly and professional we checked in after 9pm and the young lady was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and polite...
My room would never cool off...the temp never got below 78 no matter what I did. There were no towels of any kind in my room. The staff had mentioned they were booked up and busy. They did get me some after about 40 minutes after asking though.
Good location and value. Rooms were comfortable
Nobody was in the lobby when i was checking in, eventually i had the bar tender go get them. Rooms are showing age and the door was not easy to open
Disappointing.
Gosh this Aloft is having trouble. It has seen better days. We stayed 2 nights. The room we got was really in poor repair. Patch paint work on the walls that weren’t the right color. Neglected walls, floors, doors, Just old and in need of proper repair looked like rotting sealing in shower. There were several hairs on our sheets, not sure if they were clean. The same poor lady seemed to be working every shift, maybe she was catching naps sometime? She was doing her best for sure. They had 5 gallon buckets in the main area for leaks from ceiling ( it was not rainy). They were out of most the breakfast items / market/ snack drink items. For around $6 you could choose a waffle or a burrito that she literally told us she will warm up in the microwave for 30 seconds, it just seemed way off. She told us they were out of most items, but didn’t say why. 😬 the main desk was left unattended at most times, It made it difficult for any guests to checkout, purchase items, etc. The whole thing was frustrating to all. The shampoo bottle was empty in our room. The shower leaked all in the floor when you used it. The safe in our room was shut, locked, blinking, and continuous clicking lol, sounded like a bomb or super loud ticking clock in our room. It’s a shame about this hotel being so badly in disrepair and short staffed. Elevators were really dirty and in pitiful shape. The trashcans in the lobby and elsewhere were overflowing. 😔 we will make a different choice next time. There seemed to be lots of hotels in the area.
I like how many things were around there, quite a bit of things to do without having to drive far! I was also able to have my pups with me with only a 50 dollar charge!
