Was ok. Not some fancy hotel. Just ok.
Pros:

Clean rooms.

Cons:

Small room with 2 queen sized beds. Not enough space to move around the room. Not enough space in closet for 3 people. When the hotel is giving you a room for 3 people the size of that room and the closet should be big enough for that 3 people party. Beer in the bar downstairs is very expensive. For 2 small Stella Artois 330 ml bottles I paid around 23-24$.

Pros:

Location, closeness to the subway and employees.
I would like to thank Eda at front desk for asking about my stay and taking notes while checking out.

Cons:

Not enough sound isolation. Everytime the nextdoor room neighbor closed their door, it was extremely loudly heard in my room and being a group of people they kept doing that many times. When they were listening to music and talking it was loudly in my room. When I asked front desk to change my room I was told that they are fully occupied and the best they can do is to ask them to be quieter. Neighbors really stopped loud music after that however the door shutting was still loud enough to wake me up multiple times.

Front desk followed up with me to make sure everything is fine but there's only so much they can do when they are at capacity and rooms are physically not proper, so I they did what they can do.

Lastly the water pressure in the shower was a joke. Believe me, I wasn't expecting anything fancy and I would have never thought that I would complain about this at any point. That should tell you something about the shower.
