Pros:

Location comoda per avere accesso alla metro, vicina a molti quartieri e quindi utile anche se si vuole camminare molto.
La stanza abbastanza grande per la media di NY, veniva rifatta ogni giorno con anche cambio asciugamani

Cons:

Canal St. alla sera non trasmette sicurezza
Nel momento del mio soggiorno c’erano grandi lavori di ristrutturazione nella hall che non rendevano la struttura accogliente.
Lo staff all’accoglienza l’ho trovato poco gentile

Mycket prisvärt, perfekt beläget hotell för att nå de mysigaste delarna av Manhattan.
Pros:

Perfekt välstädat, trevlig personal och bästa läget för allt vi ville besöka.

Cons:

Lite rörigt i lobbyn, men det berodde på byggarbeten och störde egentligen inte alls.

Great, besides the unhelpful staff
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location close to shops, restaurants and other busy areas. We could tell that the room had been recently renovated and overall we had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

There was construction work taking place on the ground floor which made access to the hotel less pleasant and super noisy. In addition, there was no dedicated waiting area for arriving or departing guests.

This was the second Sheraton we stayed at in New York and unfortunately in both cases we found the staff to be less helpful than expected. I had made the reservation through Booking.com for myself and a friend. I had not added her name to the reservation beforehand as I did not realize it was necessary. When my friend arrived before me and attempted to check in she was met by a staff member who was extremely unhelpful and came across as rude. Rather than explaining that I could simply add her to the reservation so she could check in the staff member repeatedly refused without offering any guidance or solution.

Het was niet slecht maar ik had van Sheraton betere kwaliteit verwacht
Pros:

De gym Planet Fitness was naast het hotel, met gratis toegang voor gasten van het hotel.

Cons:

Bedden zijn erg zacht, beddengoed is van slechte kwaliteit, gemaakt van een polyester mix, niet prettig om erop te slapen. Hotel wordt nu verbouwd, er is geluidsoverlast. Waterdruk in de douche is aan de zwakke kant. Medewerkers van de receptie zijn niet vriendelijk.

Useful location for visiting lower Manhattan area
Pros:

Good room, recently refurbished. Comfortable. Very useful being a club room giving us access to the club breakfast and evening drinks.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the very noisy lift. Noise intrusion at all hours!
The lobby area was under major refurbishment so restricted access to facilities and extremely noisy during the daytime.

We coudn’t rest in common spaces or couldnt have breakfast dur to construction and poor environment.

Our room was renewed

Cons:

There was construction at the lobby at the restaurant at the Receptin. And we were not warned about that construction while we were making our reservation via booking, which is against to consumer rights. (The price wasn’t discounted due to conditions)
We complained and wrote a message (via booking) about the situaiton However they even didn’t offer a drink or shuttle.

Cons:

Unfriendly frontoffice stuff,six pm the room was not ready,do not send anything from Amazon,they send it back without checking,they live only one small bottle of water for two people,noisy ac you have to turn off if you want to sleep etc.DO NOT STAY
