Pros:

The location was close to the subways, Soho and Chinatown. This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel and we enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious, the AC is on full blast and the front desk is very friendly. We were also to leave our luggage prior to checking in and also after we checked. That was very convenient.

Nach der Renovierung top!
Pros:

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal hier.
Wir wählten das Hotel bisher wegen der Lage und der Dachterasse, aber seit der Renovierung .... das ist echt klasse geworden.
Die Zimmer sind den alten Teppichboden losgeworden, die Bäder sind neu, die Betten und Bettwäsche neu.
Also wirklich top.
Im Clublevel wurden endlich die Möbel auf der Dachterasse getauscht. Club ist weiterhin den Aufpreis wert.

Cons:

Klimaanlage unheimlich laut, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau

Great location! Hidden Gem
Pros:

The staff was amazing. They were helpful and kind. It felt like they really enjoyed their job and cared about the patrons! Kudos. They gave great directions and options for late night activities. The location was also perfect. Walking distance to Little Italy and Chinatown. And who can forget the wonderful vendors selling their bootleg wares on Canal! Chef's kiss!

Nothing. It was a great experience. Good location. Yes, the vendors on the street were aggressive and out very late. They were harmless

Öncelikle otelin konumu ve metroya yakinligi cok iyi, odalar geniş ve kullanişli . Otel daha yeni renevasyondan gectiginden mobilyalar ve banyosu modern ve temizdi. (yorumlarda gordugumden ekliyorum tamirat vs tamamen bitmiş lobi dahil bir inşaat durumu yoktu ) 21. katta bulunan terasin manzarasi cok guzeldi , keyifli oturma alanlari vardi. Hergün oda temizligimiz yapildi ve ikram olarak su verildi. Bir parantez resepsiyonda calisan Eda Hanım'a kendisi seyahatimiz boyunca bize karsi cok ilgiliydi ve bize her konuda yardimci oldu.

3 asansor araliklarla arizalanarak yogun saatlerde sorun yaşatti.
Otelin hemen yaninda postane binasi var ve o kisima bakan odalarda ses problemi oluyor , firsatiniz olursa postaneye bakan odalardan kacinin.
( yanindan gecerken fark ettik postaneye hizmet veren sabit jenerator kamyonlari surekli orda park halinde ve cok gurultulu)
