Stay somewhere else, we have used the Roxy in TriBeCa at this location several times and it is 100% better.
Pros:

Our room was nice, clean and air conditioned perfect, the breakfast was decent as we paid for club class, the wine and nibbles in the early evening were ok as this was with club class too.

Cons:

There is a rooftop terrace for breakfast and early evening which could be so much better, the outside had umbrellas and it was 99 degrees but no staff opened them or moved them or made any effort to make it comfortable to be there. There was no bar at all in the hotel..it seemed to be temporarily shut but moved to another room which was unmanned so no bar at all. No food is offered, guests were fetching takeaways in and drinks as nothing was for sale. The World Cup was on so guests could sit together to watch it in the lobby but there is no toilet facility on that floor and again no refreshments…very very poor. It seems very downmarket for a Marriott Bonvoy Sheraton as this was the third one we stayed at , the other two, London and Boston , were far superior.

konumu çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar problemleri çözmek için uğraşıyordu yardımseverlerdi. Otel temiz ve yeniydi

Cons:

bulunduğu cadde canal street biraz kötü bir cadde ancak caddenin bir tarafı Soho bir tarafı tribeca olması iyi idi yine de. resepsiyon çok yardımsever idi ama biraz daha güler yüzlü olabilirlerdi

Lovely hotel and good value for money.
Pros:

Great location in Tribecca and next to SOHO. Lovely neighbourhood. Staff really friendly. Nice newly refurbished modern hotel. Room had a coffee machine and a mini fridge, great air con, comfy large bed. We were on the 18th floor and had great views. Approx 15- 20 min walk to 9/11 memorial and wall street.

Nothing.
