was a zero, there was no stay
Cons:

I'm distressed that you think I need to rate this hotel, as the reservation was cancelled, in time to avoid paying. The hotel kept sending me requests to fill out information at a link provided which read "link removed" so it was impossible, and they said they might not be able to honor our reservation upon arrival if they didn't have the info sent through the link, so we cancelled.

Great value, nice and comfortable room, good location.

Le calme, le confort, l'accueil et la place de parking. Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit déjeuner et la proximité du centre ville, à 20 minutes à pied.

Comfortable clean and friendly
Pros:

Location was perfect for us and the staff spoke perfect English and were happy to entertain my poor French! The hotel was very French in appearance and the car park was adequate (if a little tight at times)

Cons:

Was fairly happy with everything. There was nothing I would say I didn't like. The hotel was what I expected for the price in the centre of Lille
