Excellent accomodation and loved being close to the beach, returns and shops.

Pros:

Price was reasonable. The staff were amazing. Washing machine did not spin, they took my clothes, washed them and returned them to me that night and the washing machine was replaced the next day. They did not have to do that !!! Greatly appreciated.

Cons:

Not much room in the bedroom to put suitcases, however plenty of room in the lounge room 😊

Very good location to stay in the Gold Coast
Pros:

Very nice apartment complex. Rooms very modern with facilities such as washing machine, dryer, kitchen. Very good comfotable bed. Very good security features.

Overall this was a great stay, a home away from home.
Pros:

Great location right near the tram stop, little supermarket nearby. 10 minute walk to Broadbeach. Great little home with a fully functional kitchen. Very peaceful, a great little pool and jacuzzi outside my door! Attentive staff who immediately came to fix an issue in the bathroom.

Cons:

The bed was a little soft. The shower pressure was a little weak.

Pros:

The hotel is very well located, right opposite the tram stop and Pacific Fair. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and quiet (I wasn't bothered by the roadworks, which are now nearing completion). The outdoor facilities—pool, spa, and barbecue—are perfect. Dorelle and Marty are very friendly and always available to answer your questions. I thank them for this perfect stay.
