Durchwachsen...
Pros:

Im Globales Janeiro sind 2 sehr schöne Pools und der Spa - Bereich eine nette Abwechslung. Es gibt fast immer freie Liegen. Strand und kleine Geschäfte sind gleich in der Nähe.
Pooltücher gibt es gegen Kaution.
Wasserspender, wo man jederzeit etwas trinken kann.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist eine Massenabfertigung. Es gibt kein Nutella, auch nicht auf Nachfrage, dann wieder keine Pancakes, dann einen Tag keine Omletts. Ich weiß nicht, ob das Personal so unmotiviert ist oder vom Betrieb so gespart wird. Das Hotel hätte ja 4 Sterne.... das Frühstück bestimmt nicht.

Animation bis 23 Uhr, aber so laut, dass man unmöglich schlafen kann.

Ameisen im Zimmer, wofür wir Insektenspray bekommen haben...

Fitnessraum im anderen Hotel!

Die 1. Nacht haben wir wegen Überbuchung in das andere Globales Hotel wandern müssen und am nächsten Tag wieder zurück. Keine Vorab - Info und im anderen Globales äußerst unfreundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Warteschlangen beim Check - in und wir waren nicht die Einzigen mit Problemen... das betraf leider mehr Gäste.

Ich vermute, dass es eher am Management liegt, als am Personal. Nur so zu arbeiten, macht auch keinen Spaß, daher auch die "fehlende Freundlichkeit". Schade drum, weil die Anlage an sich schön wäre.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación pero con un fallo grave…
Pros:

Repetíamos este año, y hemos notado que la comida es bastante mejor, más limpieza, spa genial, y la animación nada que ver, los chicos super majos y muy divertido.
Las chicas de la limpieza un 10 por conseguirnos sombrillas de las que dejan.

Cons:

No tenemos niños pequeños por lo que íbamos a ir la piscina de arriba, pues no pudimos quedarnos ni un día… suerte que la playa es espectacular, el agua de la piscina estaba ardiendo, no caliente, no, ardiendo, al punto de no poder estar dentro. Fatal.
Tampoco contéis con toallas del hotel, siempre agotadas… tumbonas vacías con toallas desde las 8:00 am… y si llegas antes o quieres quedarte el último día te hacen pagar en efectivo 10 euros por persona por unas pocas horas… el año pasado no fue así para nada, así que hemos salido con mal sabor de boca en ese sentido…
Y la recepcionista rubia mayor… muy desagradable…

Cons:

Camera sporca, il frigo non fornito, mangiare non al alteza del pagamento fatto. Tutti membri del nostro soggiorno insoddisfatti. L'aria condizionata posizionata malissimo, infatti con raffreddore e mal di gola, specifico tutti i membri.

Albergo non consigliato.

Jak ktoś lubi takie klimaty to polecam
Pros:

To było nasze pierwsze doświadczenie z pobytem All Inclusive i przyznam że to nie dla nas. Wolimy wypoczywać w spokojniejszych warunkach, bez tłumów i hałasów, organizując sobie czas po swojemu. Ale jak ktoś lubi takie klimaty i nie przeszkadzał mu okropny gwar podczas posiłków, widok marnowania olbrzymiej ilości jedzenia przez gości (bo nie umie nałożyć sobie trochę na spróbowanie tylko załaduje cały talerz, a jak nie pasuje smak to co tam, do wywalenia, zapłaciłem to mogę), bezsensowne blokowanie leżaków rzuconymi ręcznikami od wczesnych godzin porannych, jeśli nie boli Cię widok gości którzy nie szanują personelu (który przez cały dzień musi dzielnie znosić ten rozkapryszony miot), to hotel bardzo fajny. Bardzo podobała nam się lokalizacja zdala od imprezowej części miasta, a jednocześnie blisko plaży. Z pokojów na wyższych kondygnacjach piękny widok.

Cons:

Jedzenie mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone bo wszystko się powtarzało z wyjątkiem pojedynczych dań, po 3 dniach byliśmy kulinarnie lekko znudzeni.
Łóżka trochę za twarde, ale to jest zawsze subiektywna ocena i kwestia indywidualnych upodobań.

Spoko ale do poprawy
Pros:

Witam.
Na plus na pewno przemiła obsługa i położenie hotelu blisko plaży i w spokojnym niezbyt zaludnionym miejscu. A była pełnia sezonu. Animacja jak dla mnie super. Wbrew opiniom karaluchy nam nie dokuczały. Jedzenie da się przeżyć. Ale powtórzę jeszcze raz obsługa wnosi ten hotel na wyższy poziom. Są genialni.

Cons:

Pokój poza hotelem głównym. Jedzenie zwłaszcza śniadania dość monotonne. Problem z przygotowaniem mięsa. Często twarde i żylaste. Pokój wymagający odświeżenia i większej ilości szaf. Nie ma gdzie się rozpakować. Baseny małe(z wyjątkiem sportowego) i niezbyt czyste. Oferta SPA to w zasadzie tylko sauna a za resztę trzeba płacić. Należy o tym wspomnieć w ofercie bo trąci przekłamaniem. Jak dla mnie cena za standard jaki otrzymujemy trochę wysoka ale z drugiej strony na Majorce to chyba norma i trzeba się z tym pogodzić.

Colazione abbondante

Cons:

Pulizia stanza e bagno discutibile, lenzuola macchiate e cambio asciugamani non garantito come di consueto ogni 2/3 giorni. In più, alcuni giorni siamo stati senza tappeto doccia e con il problema di asciugare l’acqua a terra che fuoriusciva dalla porta della doccia.

Gode omgivelser, med for lidt varieret buffet til 14 dage.
Pros:

Morgenmaden var ok, men der var for lidt personale til madlavning, så buffeen var tit tom, og ventetid for at få på tallerkenen.

Cons:

Maden i buffeen var meget lidt varieret. hele tiden det samme. Gris og kylling.
