To be honest, based on the reviews, my husband and I were disappointed in the room and hotel

Overall really good but food sub standard we were all inclusive not with it

Wunderschönen Strand, Personal freundlich, das Essen hervorragend, gerne wieder!!!! Getränke inkludiert auch bei Halbpension und das Lunchpaket am Abreise Tag waren für uns unerwarteten Extras die wir sehr geschätzt haben. Dankeschön und bis bald!!!!

bed was good, room were clean, food was good. the pools seems so much smaller than on pictures. loved the gym at the other hotel, it was top. and the spa was an extra luxury that we could use the whole day without appointments.

Really nice hotel. Very clesn. Friendly staff.nice cocktails available on the all inclusive .nice food with plenty of choice but more geared to the continental travellers. Dont expect full english or pie and chips. Very good disabled access. The pool area was lovely and the animation team work hard. We would return.

Lack of quality for the price otherwise good enough.

The hotel is quite good for a family. The amenities are also good. There are a lot of animations.

The flats are not very well soundproofed. Lack of staff at reception to order dinner. I had the misfortune to think that sparkling water was self-service when the bar manager came up to me and treated me like a thief because I hadn't taken the all-inclusive package. Instead, he emptied the glass in front of me.

Struttura ottima. L'unico problema, troppo lontano dal centro dove c'era più vita e più negozi

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel war auch sehr sauber und modern. Leider gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten außer direkt an der Straße wo oftmals nichts mehr frei war. Ansonsten kann ich mich wirklich nicht beschweren.

Tolle Unterkunft mit nettem Personal. Trotz der Menge an Arbeit, immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Als „all inclusive“ Gast gab es jeden Tag wechselnde Büfetts. Spa und Pool Anlagen, haben ihre entspannende Wirkung auch nicht verfehlt. :)

Das Veranstaltungsteam hat ebenfalls einen sehr guten Job geleistet. Die kleinen Spiele und Rätsel am Abend haben sehr gefallen.

Dazu noch eine super Lage. Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt.

Animation war schlecht und langweilig.
Tina Turner Show war das Beste!

Kein Bus mehr, wie vorherige Jahre. Man hat nur die Möglichkeit mit der Tingelbahn in die Stadt zu fahren und diese Bahn ist immer total überfüllt.
Can Piccafort ohne Bus nach Alcudia ist sehr Touristenunfreundlich.

Services et prestations satisfaisantes. En revanche, l'hôtel est très bruillant (restaurant, bar) et chambre mal insonorisée.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Ferrer Janeiro, plage à proximité 200 mètres environ. Cet établissement respecte l'éco responsabilité, nombreuses animations et structures sur place (piscine, SPA, restauration...). Can Picafort est une station balnéaire agréable avec un magnifique baladoir en bord de de mer.
Personnel diponible, agréable et fort sympathique.
L'hotel ne dispose pas de parking, quelques difficultés pour stationner son véhicule à proximité.
Petit bémol, Ma réservation sur votre plate-forme précisée une chambre avec vue face mer, non pris en compte par l'hôtel le jour de notre arrivée, J'ai pu obtenir satisfaction le lendemain grace à la gentillesse du réceptionniste.
