Pros:

When i reach to check in my room was gone although i idid say i will have a late check in the room was paid for in full all 3 nights

The hotel is beautiful and great first appearance. Would definitely reconsider staying or recommend.

The hotel front desk was very friendly and the hotel itself was very clean and smelled pleasant. Location was easy to get to from venue

Cons:

Were placed in a room with connecting room. The other room had a crying baby throughout the night and you could hear parents tending to it. Several times in the night. Did not call front desk bc it was a baby and we weren’t going to move at 2a.m. Wall/ door needs better sound canceling. Cleaning person was valcuuming before checkout and once again noise travel was very loud to the point we needed to keep raising tv sound. Disheartening that the car next to where we parked had been broken into. Pillows were extremely flat and I can sleep in low pillow but this was over flatten. Communication after with previous email was a bit dismissive.

Pros:

Hotel was very clean, staff was very nice.

Cons:

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, didnt sleep at all. Ended up sitting up in the chair that was in the room for the night.

It is an ok hotel. Nothing special with high rates and no breakfast included.
Pros:

The hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our room was ok. We had a shower issue, and it became a big deal and extremely inconvenient.

Cons:

The bathroom feels old and held together with calk. The corners and baseboards were dirty. It was expensive when we first booked the hotel and much cheaper when we had to add a night. That is really irritating.
