Good location, but too many problems
Pros:

Excellent location
Friendly and helpful reception staff
Very good housekeeping staff
Room cleaned every day
Towels changed regularly
Reception handled the room change quickly and without problems

Cons:

Poor value for money
Bugs found in the first room
Had to change rooms during the night
Heavy smoke from the toaster during breakfast
Breakfast area did not feel clean
Food residue on a supposedly clean plate
Breakfast staff were not very welcoming
Water leaked from the room above onto our bed
Water coming from an electrical outlet in the shower area — felt unsafe to shower
Bathroom sink was clogged
Ultimately decided not to have breakfast at the hotel
Overall, a disappointing stay and we would not return or recommend the hotel

Bien, pero podría ser mejor por el precio
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, está como a 3-4 cuadras de la costanera. El desayuno también variado y con espacio suficiente en la época que fuimos (agosto), además que comienza a las 6.30am

Cons:

Que cobren por guardar equipaje un par de horas antes del check in o después del check out, en otro hotel del sector anteriormente no solo no nos cobraban, si no que nos daban la opción de entregar las habitaciones antes si estaban disponibles. El ascensor sigue siendo un punto en contra, son solo 2, lentos y caben 4-6 personas máximo. Las habitaciones que nos tocaron tenían vista a una pared, el baño sin ventana y no tiene extractor de aire

Buena experiencia
Pros:

Estuve 5 días y tuve una buena estadía. Muy buena ubicación, a 3 cuadras de la playa entre el sector 3 y 4, con buenos bares y restaurantes cerca, camas comodas, rico desayuno, con variedad, muy buena la limpieza, cambio de toallas y atención del personal.

Cons:

Era una habitación para 4 y eramos 3 pero así y todo el espacio era chico, había un solo ropero, que casi no se podía llegar ni abrir porque estaba pegado a una de las camas. El espacio para circular en la habitación era poco, y los ascensores tambien eran chicos y habían solo dos, en hora del desayuno tenias que esperar bastante para poder usarlo. Ademas las tarjetas para ingresar se desmagnetisaban rapido, debi pedir que las remagneticen 3 veces

La ubicación

Cons:

Las instalaciones e infraestructura son muy antiguas, hace falta mantenimiento en las puertas.
En general no existe confort , no hay relación con el precio.
Considero que se debe invertir en modernizar el hotel.
El ascensor es muy pequeño y lento.
